Perfect for families or groups, this stylish converted space sleeps up to 5 and is designed for comfort, character, and connection. Gather around the island bench, cook and share meals, or relax in the open-plan living areas before stepping out to explore the CBD, Howard Smith Wharves and Fortitude Valley just a short stroll away.
The Space:
Step into a unique, architecturally designed loft in the iconic New Yorker building. This converted heritage warehouse apartment combines character, comfort, and modern style — the perfect base for families or groups of up to 5.

Downstairs - Master
• Main bedroom with Queen bed with Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, and ensuite (shower over bath).
Upstairs - Loft
• 1 Queen bed (mattress on ground)
• 1 King Single (mattress on ground)
Please note: loft has low ceilings at 165cm.
** Bathrooms/ Laundry **
• Ensuite bathroom with shower-over-bath
• Second bathroom with walk-in shower and internal laundry (washing machine only - no dryer available).

• There is no on-site or visitor parking available at the building.
• This property is best suited to guests planning to use it as a central base without a car, as everything is within easy walking distance. For those who do drive, secure paid parking options are available nearby in the CBD.
The Neighborhood:
Brisbane CBD is popular for chain fashion stores and luxe brands on busy Queen Street, plus the shady riverfront City Botanic Gardens. Brisbane City Hall offers historical photos in the Museum of Brisbane, and skyline views from its 1930s Clock Tower.
The area is generally quiet at weekends, apart from the waterfront cocktail bars and seafood eateries around Eagle Street Pier & Felons Brewing.
Getting Around:

• Howard Smith Wharves - 6 minute walk.
• 9 minute walk to Riverside ferry terminal

Other Things to Note:
WINDOWS: This heritage loft doesn’t have external windows. Instead, the windows open into the building’s internal atrium. While there’s limited fresh air or breeze, the apartment stays cool and comfortable with central air conditioning and pedestal fans throughout the space.
