The living area features remote-controlled air conditioning, 2x3 seater sofas, and a Smart TV, perfect for entertainment. The open-plan kitchen and dining area are fully equipped, with a 6-seater dining table and modern appliances, including an electric oven and stovetop. Each bedroom is fitted with remote-controlled air conditioning and Smart TVs. The home accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. Blackout blinds ensure a restful night's sleep. The bathroom setup includes a full bathroom in the hallway and a separate toilet near the laundry. Step outside to a fully fenced expansive backyard, ideal for pets and outdoor enjoyment.
