This 2-bedroom apartment is located on level 58 and can host a maximum of 4 guests. The self-contained apartment features:

The living room is fully air-conditioned with centralized heating and cooling, ensuring comfort throughout the year. It features a cozy sofa and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A stylish dining table completes the space, making it ideal for meals.
▪️Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes tea and coffee, a kettle, a fridge and freezer, a stove and oven with bult-in microwave, offering everything you need except for the condiments for a convenient and enjoyable stay.
▪️Bedroom
The master bedroom features a cozy king-size bed for a restful night’s sleep, along with a built-in wardrobe, iron, and ironing board for added comfort and convenience. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed—formed by two joined single beds that cannot be separated—and includes a wardrobe.

Both the ensuite and guest bathrooms are modern walk-in spaces, featuring a simple, open design for easy access, with a glass shower screen and a clean, minimalist look. They’re practical, stylish, and thoughtfully designed for convenience and comfort.

If a spot cannot be arranged, activation fails, or any issue arises, the fee will be fully refunded.

• We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
• Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
• No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
