Respect the Property – Please treat our home with care and leave it clean upon check-out. Do not move furniture, and report any damages during your stay.
Cleaning Fees – An extra cleaning fee may apply if the property is left excessively dirty or untidy.
Food Restrictions – To maintain a fresh atmosphere, please avoid consuming strongly scented foods like durian or curry inside the apartment.
Quiet Hours – Keep noise levels low between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
No Smoking – Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 fee will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
No Parties or Events – Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate eviction and a $300 fee for any evidence of such activities.
No Pets – To ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not allowed.
Lockout Assistance – A $100 fee applies for lockout assistance between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot assist after 10 p.m.
Lost Key Fee – A $200 fee will be charged for lost keys to cover the replacement cost.
No Illegal Substances – The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction, contact with authorities, and forfeiture of rental fees.
Building Facilities – Access to shared amenities may be limited due to maintenance. Please follow on-site rules and schedules.
Lost and Found – Guests are kindly requested to ensure all personal belongings, such as clothing, jewellery, electronics, and other valuables, are collected prior to check-out. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering any items left behind, due to operational and procedural limitations, we cannot guarantee that all lost items can be recovered. If items are located and returned, guests may be responsible for any related postage or delivery costs. Lost items are generally retained for a limited period in accordance with our standard procedures, after which unclaimed items may be disposed of or handled appropriately.
