    Positioned a short stroll to restaurants and bars of Howard Street Wharves, Eagle Street Pier and Queen Street Mall, this modern 2-bedroom apartment offers luxury living with ducted air conditioning and a dedicated parking space. With one of Brisbane’s most famous infinity pools and rooftop BBQs, enjoy panoramic views of the Story Bridge, the Brisbane River, and the CBD.



    The Space:

    The open-plan living area is bright and airy, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, dining table for six and a private balcony.



    Comfort First: The Master bedroom with plush king bed and hotel grade premium linen, with private ensuite and a study nook which doubles as space for a cot. The second bedroom features two single beds also with premium linen which can be made into a king bed on request. The living room provides luxe sofa seating with a pull-out double bed.



    Chef’s Kitchen: Modern appliances, dishwasher, all cookware, plus a coffee pod machine for your morning brew.



    Stay Connected: Dedicated work desk and unlimited data fast Wi-Fi—ideal for corporate travelers or digital nomads. Large smart TV with Netflix and all streaming apps (guests need to use their own accounts). Full Convenience: Secure building access, internal laundry (washer/dryer), hairdryer, ironing board, and USB power points for easy device charging.



    Family Friendly: Travel cot, highchair, plastic dining utensils and a selection of board games for family enjoyment.
