  • Our apartment has the perfect location! You will be staying at the very heart of Fortitude Valley and surrounded by beautiful historical buildings and numerous music venues and showgrounds! Brisbane CBD is only 1km away! Our two bedroom one bathroom apartment is perfect for travelling couples and professionals!

    ***NOTE: As of the moment, there is an Exhibition Station Construction near the apartment building that can cause banging noises to the building.

    Our apartment features:

    - 2 bedroom with one king sized bed and one queen sized bed. All linens and towels are provided! **

    -One free carpark inside the building. Unlimited use of visitor parking inside! (if you need an extra overnight carpark, please contact me for more info)

    - Unlimited Wifi!

    -The ground level of our aparthotel building includes a heated swimming pool with children`s wading area, sun deck, heated s[a and a 24 hour gym! All free to use for our guests.

    -Good size Kitchen with full cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. Full sets of dinnerware, cookware and kitchen utensils.

    - Open plan living and dining area. Comfy lounge area with big sofa and smart TV for your entertainment.

    - In unit laundry facilities including a washer and a dryer. Washing powder provided.

    -Your private balcony with comfy outdoor seatings overlooking a quiet street. Perfect for a lazy breakfast or afternoon tea.

    -Well maintained bathroom with a shower and toilet. All toiletries provided at your ease.

    **All linens and towels are provided by professional hotel bedding suppliers and are changed per guest.

The map doesn't show the correct property location. I asked the owner and was declined to provide the exact address beforehand. All the windows in the apartment face a busy road, especially on weekend nights when heavy traffic is the norm. Almost every weekend, we're disturbed by the reckless individuals racing their cars or motorcycles at full throttle. Furthermore, the nearby nightclub added to the disturbance with its booming bass. We were forced to shut all the windows and doors. The property's condition is ordinary, and the kitchen supplies are meagre. We contacted the owner beforehand to request sufficient basic supplies for our ten-night stay. Nearly everything else was in short supply besides the extra towels, toilet paper, salt, and pepper. We had to purchase dishwasher detergent, liquid, garbage bags, tissues, and numerous other essentials. The kitchen utensils were very basic and inadequate for everyday cooking. To make matters worse, the bedding was subpar; instead of proper quilts, we were provided with mattress covers and plain white sheets, resulting in a messy and uncomfortable bed. When I contacted the owner about these issues, I was informed that there was little they could do. To make matters more frustrating, the rental rate for this apartment was higher than similar ones in the vicinity. We had chosen it with the expectation of receiving better service for the premium price we paid.
