This beautifully renovated Queenslander is thoughtfully designed across two generous levels, offering space, privacy and comfort for families, couples or groups travelling together.

Master Suite – Upstairs (King)

A spacious upstairs master bedroom featuring a king bed with hotel-quality, professionally laundered linen, built-in wardrobes and access to the upstairs bathroom, shared with two additional bedrooms. The bathroom includes a shower and a small, kid-friendly bath.



Bedroom 2 – Upstairs (Queen)

Comfortable queen bedroom with built-in cupboards and hotel-quality bedding.



Bedroom 3 – Upstairs (Twin)

Two king single beds with hotel-quality bedding and built-in storage — ideal for children or friends.



Private Guest Suite – Downstairs (Queen)

A separate, private guest suite with queen bed, hotel-quality linen, its own ensuite bathroom (shower) and an adjacent living area — perfect for couples, grandparents or guests wanting extra privacy.



Fresh linen is professionally laundered for every stay, and each guest is provided with one bath towel and one pool towel.

**Early Check-In**



We understand you may arrive early and will always do our best to accommodate this where possible. However, we kindly ask that you plan for our standard 3:00pm check-in time.

If the property is ready earlier, we’ll let you know on the day. Please note that when there is a same-day check-out, our housekeeping team requires time to prepare the home to a high standard.

If you need guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night before (subject to availability).



**Late Check Outs**



May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.

• 2 set of keys will be provided to guests via self check-in. Additional key set available upon request (please give notice when booking).

Well connected by train and bus to Brisbane CBD and neighbouring Wynnum, Manly offers the perfect blend of laid-back coastal living and everyday convenience - ideal for a relaxing getaway or longer stay by the bay.



Getting Around:

Easy walking distance to water front.

If travelling further, would recommend driving.

Please note that we have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises.

Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property and charges for any damages or additional cleaning that may be required.
