We’ve taken care to make it a cozy, practical space that feels like home—perfect for relaxed meals and happy memories.

✣ Air con situation:
The house is equipped with an air conditioner located in the living room. While the AC is only in this central area, the home’s cozy size ensures that it cools down quickly and effectively, keeping the entire space pleasant and comfortable.
Guests can use our house, driveway, carport & our shed.
👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:
➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long

No Parties or Events:
• Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances.
Quiet Hours:
• Please respect our quiet hours from [insert time, 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure a serene environment for everyone.
Zero Tolerance for Complaints:
• Any noise complaints or disturbances reported by neighbors may result in immediate termination of your booking without a refund.
Guest Limits:
• Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property.
