La scala sul mare is a new and cozy apartment in an elegant setting, ideal for spending vacations and short stays in Brindisi in a residential area, in the Casale district.
The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. It offers up to 4 beds.

La scala sul mare has an entrance to a large fenced courtyard, with flower beds, shared by all the apartments in the apartment complex.
The residence, freshly renovated, is located on the ground floor.
The rooms are simple and refined, furnished with care. The living area consists of the well-equipped eat-in kitchen and the living room furnished with 1 double sofa bed and TV.
The sleeping area is 1 large and bright double bedroom , air conditioned.
The shower room is complete with an ante-bathroom. From here a French window provides access to the inner courtyard of the dwelling, which is shared with other dwellings.

The vacation home is located in the Casale area, in front of one of the most beautiful views of Brindisi: just cross the street and go down the steps leading to the quay, to find yourself on the sea of the characteristic port.
Here on the quay is the stop of the motorboat that shuttles to the city center.
Brindisi is a city at the crossroads of peoples and cultures, rich in history, with Mediterranean charm.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Garden shared with other apartments.
