"Great stay"

"If there was a provision to rate 0, i would have. I looked at snaps and reviews and booked for a weekend stay, paid a bomb for the deluxe suite - came to room late in evening , the a/c remote is missing, there is no toilet paper in the bathroom, for the extra pull up sofa/bed - no bedding /pillow etc In the morning , asked for two bottles of water and they took 68 mins to get the bottle I paid a bomb for this, over 9k and such pathetic service. stay away from this property like Plague. "We had a great one night stay on our way from Bangalore to Ooty. Convenient location, very helpful staff and an expansive breakfast lay. We also had an excellent spa experience. The in-house EV fast charger is an added advantage. We would happily return to this property in the future."

"Very friendly staff. In house restaurant was very good and reasonable price. Pool is beautiful on the roof. Would use this hotel again…"

"Rigtig skidt hotel...ringe kold mad forbindelse roomservice, dårligt engelsk talende personale og værst kunne mærke fjedrene i sengen..."

"Lækkert hotel med venligt og hjælpsomt personale"

"Nice place to stay with family"

"Ejjshz"

"Et traditionelt "familieresort" i parklignende omgivelser. Flot og velholdt, men dog lidt upersonligt og "ligegyldigt". De vestlige retter dog en anelse fejlfortolket - og retterne serveret i vilkårlig rækkefølge..."

"It feels like the hotel was built as a theme hotel in the 1960s and has not been renovated since"

"New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. The majority of the staff are young and need more direction. Unfortunately the sound proofing is inadequate. I stayed on the railway side and throughout the early hours of the morning train horns are clearly heard, I cannot...

"The rooms looks older and dirty. Things were not kept before and we had to ask for. Beds were sounding. "

"The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."
