Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 120 m² flat with swimming pool in Brignoles to rent, which can accommodate up to 10 people. It comprises a 32 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 3,200 m² garden.
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 32 m² living room with dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed and en-suite shower room with WC
Upstairs (accessible via an outside staircase):
- Bedroom 2: master suite with two rooms separated by an alcove, a king-size bed (180x200), a sitting area with desk and a single bed. Bathroom adjoining the bedroom (with shower, sunken bath and WC).
- Bedroom 3: two single beds and en-suite bathroom with corner bath/shower and WC
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160x200), single bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) of around 34 m², open from 1 May to 30 September from 6am to 11pm, and equipped with an underwater alarm.
- A private, south-facing terrace of around 100 m², with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A shared, unfenced garden of around 3,200 m².
The flat is ideally located in Brignoles, in a character property dating from the 18th century, nestling on a hill overlooking an oak forest and the valley vineyards. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Gorges du Verdon around 90 km away
- Les Calanques de Cassis, around 70 km away
- Barbaroux golf course 5 km away
- Thoronet Abbey 20 km away

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private outdoor car park (6 spaces). As the house is in the middle of the countryside, access is via a path that is mostly tarmac and the rest concrete. Access may be difficult for low-slung vehicles.
As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Carnoules, 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, 56 km away
