"Very poor service. We arrived a day late due to flight delays and had tried to contact reception to let them know - without any luck. When we arrived, the front staff claimed we didn’t have any booking though we showed them a printed receipt which confirmed booked dates and payments. After a lot of discussion they downgraded us to another type of room but it felt like we should be pleased that they even found us a room and didn’t charge us (again!).
