Inside, an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area boasts a light-filled space with French doors opening onto the garden, wood flooring, and a cozy country style. The kitchen is elegantly designed in soft grey tones, featuring a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and microwave, with a large dining table nearby for relaxed meals. The living area has a deep, inviting sofa and a Smart TV with a Sky package for cosy evenings.

On the ground floor, a stylish bathroom features a large shower cubicle and heated towel rail. A beautiful staircase with a glass balustrade leads to an open-plan bedroom with sloping ceilings, a king-size bed, and a walk-in dressing room, complete with an en suite toilet.

Outdoors, a private patio with seating overlooks a small, neatly tended allotment and a charming lawn area.

Bempton village and the surrounding area offer a wealth of attractions and natural beauty. Just across the road, you’ll find a scenic village pond, and a short 5-minute walk brings you to the local train station with connections to Bridlington, York, Scarborough, and Hull. Bempton itself is famed for its dramatic chalk cliffs and the renowned RSPB Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve, a birdwatcher’s paradise where Puffins, Guillemots, Northern Gannets, and Kittiwakes nest among the rugged cliff faces.

The nearby Flamborough Heritage Coastline offers stunning routes for walking and cycling, while the bustling seaside town of Bridlington, just four miles away, entices visitors with its sandy beaches, working harbour, and Victorian promenade. The Old Town plays host to events throughout the summer months. Further afield, you’ll find cultural gems like Burton Agnes Hall, Sledmere House, and Sewerby Hall, as well as the picturesque villages of the Yorkshire Wolds, an area celebrated by artist David Hockney.
