"After years of exclusive IHG loyalty, I gave Best Western Plus another chance, having left the brand years ago over poor service. "First off, the entire property offers only 2 handicap parking spots, if you require one of those, good luck. I choose this hotel because it was listed at VIP Access property and I was suppose to received a $17 food and beverage credit. In the past I received a coupon which I could use at Chops or Dennie’s. At check in when I asked about this, the front desk clerk just said no, I am not getting any. I mentioned that according to the Expedia listing I will receive this credit, she did not care...
