Explore the Vendée region during your stay in this cottage, located 1 km from the beaches of La Parée and La Sauzaie as well as the Vendée Miniature leisure park. You will enjoy many services and activities nearby: mini-market (300 m), Vélodyssée cycle paths (500 m), market on Thursdays and Sundays (2.5 km), sailing school (4.2 km, or antenna 1 km away in summer). It will also be the opportunity to practice outdoor activities at the Grand Défi park (15 km). This single-story house consists of a living room/lounge/kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are equipped with a 140 cm bed and one equipped with 3 90 cm beds, two shower rooms, two toilets and a laundry room. Outside, the enclosed grounds offer a terrace surrounding the heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, open from June to September), with garden furniture, deck chairs, a barbecue, and a covered patio that can be closed with a roller shutter.
