A mezzanine opening onto the living room and under the eaves (with 2 roof windows): 2 sofa beds (one BZ and one sofa bed) + storage space.
The living room opens onto a lovely south-facing patio with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, charcoal barbecue and electric awning.
Private parking space.
