Ideally located halfway between the town center and the seafront, within a small family-run complex, this charming house features an entrance through a veranda (a relaxation/reading and games area with a sofa, armchairs, and storage), a living room with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, extractor hood, 4-burner gas hob, large refrigerator with freezer compartment), a dining area (table and chairs), and a lounge area (sofa and flat-screen TV).

A hallway leads to the bathroom (vanity unit, shower, towel warmer, and washing machine), a separate WC, and the bedroom (double bed, wardrobe, storage, and TV).

The bedroom opens onto the front patio.

Upstairs, a mezzanine (open to the living room) offers two single beds (80 x 190 cm) that can be joined or separated, and a wardrobe with additional storage.
The main room opens onto a large paved courtyard at the rear of the house (table, chairs, sun lounger, and awning).

PLEASE NOTE: No private parking. Parking is available on the adjacent streets.
