Newly renovated and sustainably built, the flat Sommersbergerhof 1968 enchants its guests with modern charm and a panoramic view of the mountains. The 40 m² flat has a cosy living room, a well-equipped, open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV and a children's high chair. Laundry facilities are available (with dryer and iron) - 5 euros per wash.

A covered, furnished terrace is available for guests' exclusive use. The shared outdoor area of the accommodation includes a garden, an outdoor swimming pool with saltwater and wellness oasis, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a playground for the younger guests of the house.

Two restaurants are about 200 m away and within walking distance while a grocery store is a 2-minute walk away. A further selection of grocery shops and shops for daily needs can be reached in 4.5 km (9 minutes by car). The flat is an ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours or skiing and tobogganing fun on the local mountain Plose. The cultural town of Brixen and the historic town of Klausen are worth a visit at any time of the year.

Brixen Card included: All public transport of the integrated transport South Tyrol, one return trip with the gondola Plose daily, daily free entrance to the Acquarena except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays for 3 hours. Free admission to almost all museums in South Tyrol.
