"We stayed one night for a Rolling Stones concert at Lumen field and the room was clean, comfortable, close to shops, PCC market and other amenities. A 10 min Uber ride to Lumen and other major downtown venues. Beats driving home 2+ hours in traffic! We’ll definitely stay again when coming to the city for events."

"Sufficient for short stays. Neighborhood looks a little rough, but had no issues with anything or anyone. Water was hot, the towels and showers were clean. That’s all we needed. 15-20 minutes to airport. Well worth the price. The host was easily accessible if I had any questions."

"We picked this location for its potential view of the Space Needle. We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. Great for a family of eight with two floor separating each other. Would highly recommend and would rent again. "The property is lovely - superb beds and baths. It was raining most of the week otherwise we would have made use of the roof deck. Off street parking was a boon as we explored nearby neighborhoods by car for dining. There was access to highways and thoroughfares into Seattle proper so that made the location convenient. We both would highly recommend."

"This was the perfect place to stay in town when my best friend flew in late from Boston and we didn't want to make the drive back to my home on the Olympic Peninsula that late. We stayed in this beautifully appointed basement apartment that felt like a separate home. "All the amenities you'll need for your stay with a comfortable bed and an outstanding view from inside and outside the cabin. The outside space is very relaxing and enjoyable, but know that it is not fenced, nor is it particularly kid friendly due to some uneven surfaces that are about 6 feet up from the beach. A perfect place for adults to get away, play some games, and relax on the water."

"The online check-in worked very well, and the house was great and very clean. Unfortunately we had a problem with electricity to the kitchentte including the refrigerator. We wrote to Vince about it on the first evening. He answered very quickly and contacted maintainance and promissed it would be fixed asap, but it never Got to work, and we did not hear from him the following the days, which was a bit odd.
