Approximately 800 meters from the beach and the town center of Brem-sur-Mer (shops and weekly market), in a pleasant residence with a heated communal swimming pool (open during the summer season), pétanque courts, and a children's playground, this semi-detached holiday home comprises a main living area (sofa, table, 4 chairs, flat-screen TV), a kitchenette (small refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave), a shower room (walk-in shower, vanity unit), a separate toilet, and two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm) + wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 (cabin bedroom): a bunk bed (2 x 80 cm).

The living area opens onto a small enclosed garden with a terrace, awning, and garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue).

Private parking.

Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Tourist tax is not included. Optional end-of-stay cleaning package SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY (+€80), to be booked through the agency.

Security deposit: €250 BY CREDIT CARD ONLY (pre-authorization).

A cleaning deposit may be required.
