This 75 m² holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests. It has been fully renovated and equipped. Situated on the first floor of a villa with three units, facing south, it offers a private entrance, a courtyard perfect for young children, and parking for up to 3 vehicles.



Inside, you'll find a living room with a flat-screen TV, an open dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster).



The first bedroom has 2 bunk beds (4 beds), ideal for children. The second bedroom features a double bed and a baby cot. The third bedroom also has a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.



Enjoy the private, enclosed outdoor space, facing south for sun all day. You'll have a table and parasol, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.



The home is in the heart of the Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal seaside resort, 400 meters from the beach and shops (bakery, deli, grocery, restaurants, ice cream shop, Sunday market, and summer activities).



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided on request, available for an extra fee.



IMPORTANT: The garage is not included in the rental; owners and staff may access it at any time. The units are adjoining; no parties or events allowed.
