    Snap your skis off and take 10 steps to the front door of your condo when you stay in this perfectly located ski condo in Breckenridge. When you’re ready to hit the slopes again, just walk about fifty yards to hop on the Snowflake lift, known by locals for its short lines. This is the ski vacation spot you’ve been looking for!

    Tyra Lookout Condo is a perfectly sized condo for a small group or family of up to four. This studio condo with 1 bathroom is in a prime location just off Four O’clock ski run where you can ski right down to the condo in the winter and walk directly onto the trails in the summer. You can either take the short walk to downtown or hop on the free shuttle that stops right across the street.

    The living area has comfy furniture with a flat-screen TV and an electric fireplace to cozy up next to on winter nights. The kitchen is just off the living area and has granite counters and everything you need to make a complete meal for you and you group. There’s seating for four at the kitchen counter so everyone can enjoy each other’s company while enjoying a freshly cooked meal.

    After a long day exploring the mountain of Colorado, you can soak in the shared hot tub that’s just a few steps away from the condo. And with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, you’ll always stayed connected during your mountain vacation!

    As with all Summit Mountain Rentals properties, we supply all the linens and basic toiletries and each of our homes is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest arrival. Our helpful staff is also on call 24-hours a day to ensure your vacation is as relaxing as possible.

Great location. Maybe 100 yards or less from the closest ski lift to ski out. Ski in to the apartment. Kitchen has every necessity that you need. Lots of space for a 1 bedroom. Would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is good enough. Needs a digital combo lock vs a key on a wire that opens via one of those old dial metal combo lock boxes and barely stretches to the door to open. Also there is a glare on it sometimes so couldn't get it open at times because the numbers were barely off. A little ridiculous. Bed is a little hard. Overall I would stay again, although maybe another unit that doesn't have the lock like this. Great location and hot tub on site a major plus. Also ski rental shop across street and lift so still worth the stay.

This condo was perfect for a few days in Breck. Location could not be better. A one minute walk to the lift and the local Free Ride bus to take you down to Main Street. Condo was cozy and comfy. Hot tubs were great. Only small downside, the walls are paper thin and we could hear everything from the condo next to us and above us. Would definitely stay here again!

Unit was close to lift and was ski in. Unit needs updating. Carpet was dirty and had stains. Kitchen floor was raised and had marks. No toaster, broken paper towel holder, missing large knives, not enough utensils (only three spoons and four forks), no small pots, can opener did not work, only one dresser with four drawers but were stuffed with extra pillows and comforter, closet was small, dryer was not vented properly, no table and chairs, difficult to sit at counter to eat.

Cozy mountain condo

Property was exactly as advertised, and a cozy stay for our family of three. Clean, well stocked, and a great view from the patio. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Breck!

Great location!

Property was accurately depicted in listing. The location was even better than expected. Ski in and just a short walk to the lift for ski out. Also very close to town and lots of great restaurants and shops.

Charming Retreat

This charming retreat, nestled directly across from the Snowflake lift, promised effortless mornings on the slopes. Skiing back to the property at the end of the day via the convenient 4 O'Clock run was pure bliss. With Main Street just a short stroll away, exploring the town's delights was a breeze. The listing accurately reflected the well-maintained and clean amenities. Perfect for a solo adventurer or a couple's getaway, I wholeheartedly recommend this delightful haven and would happily return.

Incredibly convenient to the slopes

This ski-in, ski-out was even more convenient than I could have imagined. I was able to ski to the edge of the parking lot, cook myself lunch in the comfort of my unit, and then charge back out to the slopes by walking across the street to the lift. The property management was top shelf with communication. Excellent stay.

Comfortable condo in perfect location

This was a perfect location for my ski vacation, immediately accessible to the Snowflake lift, and a 1-minute free bus ride to the Beaver Creek lift. Condo was comfortable and super clean, kitchen well-appointed, and bed was very cozy. As others have stated, the wall to the neighboring unit is thin, so expect to hear your neighbors.

Convenient, cozy studio

Small studio was just right for the two of us. Kitchen well stocked. Nice view and short walk to downtown Breckinridge, but also to nearby hiking trails. Quiet at night. Management was responsive when we had a problem with the streaming service -- sent over someone quickly to fix it.

Great little studio

The property was close enough to town to walk and explore shops and restaurants. Listing was accurate as to available amenities. Property manager forgot to send check in instructions, but they were easy to contact from previous communications and quickly sent appropriate instructions. Shower had good water pressure, everything was pretty clean and well maintained, though some things were clearly older, such as the bathroom. Everything worked great though and we'd definitely stay here again.

The studio was as described, very comfortable, with all that you need. The bus stops across the street and the chair lift is also there. The location is terrific for skiing. Parking was great also. There are 3 hot tubs indoor and outdoor which was great. Communication with the summit rental was great. There is no recycling option which was a little upsetting.

Perfect studio unit and location

The unit was perfect for overflow from our other rented unit. The only issue is the complex is parking during the day many are parking in the complex for the ski lift and camping out for the day. So you cannot move your car during the day and expect to have a spot when you get back. However Walking to town is easy. Fyi it’s a hill and snow for those who have mobility issues but shuttle is across the street So if your not going for supplies or pick up parking was not an issue after 5 pm just annoying

I don’t want to be totally negative here so I’ll say the location is great if you are looking to be super close to the Snowflake lift or trailhead: It’s literally right across the street. The supply of hot water in the unit is also good. Here’s where we had trouble: -the key is in a lockbox on a string so it can’t be removed. When we arrived, the lockbox cover was open and the access code was clearly visible, it had not been scrambled. Anyone could have accessed the key. Next, the unit is literally 2 feet from the main door. When you walk in, the bed is right there, with the headboard on that wall. That means you will hear everyone that enters or leaves the building from the bed. Housekeeping starts vacuuming the halls around 7AM, so between the front door and the vacuum, forget about sleeping in. The walls are thin and there is a door that seems to go to another unit. It doesn’t lock, it’s just blocked by a dresser. We could hear people and their dog barking very easily through that door. Didn’t feel very secure. The microwave looks like something exploded on the door and kept cooking. The heater was falling off the wall on the kitchen bar and two of the stools were very wobbly. Maintenance screwed the heater back on while we were there bc I notified them of the issues. The listing says you get one parking spot. It doesn’t say first come, first serve but that is what it is. If someone else takes up two spots, oh well. And they charge extra 3% to pay with a credit card.

Spring break ski trip

Cozy, good location being ski in. Ski out- just short walk out to snowflake lift. Pretty clean- carpet definitely could use some TLC (there is a nail or something going into the bathroom that I kept stepping on), kitchen rug/ floor also needs tlc . Other than that… clean. Very convenient having an in unit washer and dryer. Complex was quiet . The communication was excellent. Would advise if cooking, bring a nonstick pan/skillet. There is only 1 skillet and everything sticks despite cooking spray (trivial I know, but something I would find useful). Would stay here again.
