We had a great stay! The condo was clean, communication with the rental company was fast and easy, and the layout was perfect for my family of 5 (3 teens) plus another couple. The snow wasn’t great so we didn’t use the ski route nearby but did walk to the gondola to get up to Breckenridge. The location was also an easy walk to downtown for food, groceries, etc.

We liked the condo and the location. Having two parking spots was terrific. The hot tub was across the parking lot and not very warm. The condo was decorated nicely and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies.

Great location to town and easy to get to slopes of peak 7 and 8 with the free bus right outside . Liked the two bedrooms downstairs and main upstairs. Little tricky with the 2nd bathroom being on main floor but not a huge deal. Great views, well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Host is super responsive as well.

Set up was good but needs attention with cleaning

Cleaning a priority, needs blind or curtain on door, no smoke alarms but general stay was fine.

Great Place and Great Location

Great property and location. For up to 10 people, it runs short on silverware, glasses, wine glasses, etc. Needs to be re-stocked. Otherwise, we had an awesome time there!

Lots of steps

The property sleeps 8 comfortably, but the condo has 4 levels, which is 4 levels of steps.

Smooth booking and easy communication. Only two things that would have been nice to know pertained to the garage and parking. The garage and driveway/parking area is not very big, so when driving a full sized SUV it is very tricky. It’s a tight squeeze just making the turns to park. Also, there is not access from the garage directly into the unit. You have to walk back out and around to get to the steps to reach the unit.Everything else was perfectly satisfactory. Great location, nice spacious unit and for those of us who cook on vacation, a well stocked kitchen.

Nice location

The condo was very roomy and comfortable for our family. It was a little dated but overall good. Fully stocked and could tell that there was attention to detail (fully stocked kitchen, hotel toiletries, etc). The only "issue" I would point out is that I could tell there had been a cat in the premises prior to us staying there (and it was never mentioned), and as someone who is allergic to cats, I struggled a bit with that during our stay. The condo had been cleaned prior to our arrival but not as deep cleaned as it should've been given that there had been a pet/animal/cat, there. Other than that, it was a good stay overall.

Perfect for recovering from a day on the mountain.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This condo is well equipped and spacious. The fireplace and unlimited hot water was such a relief after a freezing day on the mountain. The garage was also nice to have with the temperatures and constantly dumping snow. Location was perfect. The bus stop to go to the mountain was right behind the condo. At night, we usually just walked to main street for dining/shopping because it was just so close. We highly recommend this condo for your stay.

Cozy ski cabin

A group of us stayed here for a long weekend of skiing at Breckenridge. The condo was cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable. It was a very short walk to town and to the free shuttles and around a 10min walk to the closest ski lift. We enjoyed our time here and would stay again.

6/10 Okay

It served the purpose

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is fine. It had the basics to stay for the week. My biggest complaints are that it was a stretch to sleep 10; the loft could only sleep children and we had to use the pull out couch in the already small living space for 10 people. “Ski in ski out” is a stretch but the location is close to the gondola and parking. Bring your own toilet paper and Kleenex!!

Ski trip in December

Family of 3 + 1 friend. Loved that everyone had bedroom + full bathroom. Although son's bedroom was downstairs and his bathroom was upstairs. Basically 2 bedrooms/ 1 full bath downstairs, master and 2 full baths upstairs (along with kitchen, living room and dining room). Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Dining table for 6. Living room designed for 3 people tough. I would rather get rid of ottoman and have another chair/2 person sofa instead. Loved the decorations! Prime location - walk to Main Street/ shuttle to Peak 8 around the corner. Heated garage - that's where the skis equipment stayed overnight. Highly recommend!
