We had a great stay. Location is not ski in/out but as described is across the street from 4 O’clock run and shuttle stops. Easy walk to town. Condo was clean and everything was as described in listing. Property manager was available and prompt with responses

This was perfect for myself and friends with a toddler. It was very cozy. Each room has there own bathrooms! Beautiful inside! Cozy at night when it got colder.

Great experience just a short walk from Main St. We walked everywhere and the condo was perfect for recharging. Comfortable and clean, very responsive management and all the necessities for a family to make a good home base. Definitely renting this unit again.

The property was a perfect fit for our family of 4. Everything was as described and there was plenty of room for our family. Check in was easy and the communication leading up to our stay was very satisfactory. The property is in a great location to access everything in Breckinridge. Great value. Highly recommend.

No frying pan in kitchen. TV inoperable in kids BR. Many lamps were missing bulbs and/or nonfunctional. Everything else was great!

We loved this unit! It’s much bigger than I anticipated. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. To get to the mountain in the morning you can either take the bus just one stop, or you can walk less then 1/2 mile the snowflake lift. At the end of the day, take the 4 o’clock to town run, but exit at the “park place” sign to walk across to the unit. Two suggestions: replace the master bedroom pillows (maybe the second bedroom too but the kids did not complain) and provide light bulbs for renters to switch as needed.

My family snowboards and I do not. So this location was perfect. My family walked to the ski lift and I easily walked downtown to shop and eat. Best of both worlds. There was a bus route right outside the condo if needed. I walked everywhere. There were six of us there and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The upstairs two bedrooms and two bathroom were clutch. Also, a half bath downstairs was nice. I only suggest two things...an oven mitt (maybe someone walked away with it) and new pillows. The mattress and pillows were like cardboard. I still give it 5 stars bc of location and cleanliness. Thanks for helping us make wonderful memories in Breckinridge.

Property was close to Main Street which we really liked. We had to move condos because our stove was broken. It wasn’t a real big deal but a minor inconvenience. Overall nice place.

The property was great and a perfect location. Loved the upper village pool. Only suggestion I have would be the lack of gas grill and the knives are all super dull. Other than that, all was great!

This place was wonderful! Perfect for our family of 6. Very clean, had everything we needed right there. Location was perfect for walking downtown and just a short drive to the grocery store. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to stay in breckenridge! Thank you!

We had a great time during our short stay in Breck in this condo. The condo was roomy, clean and well furnished. Our only complaint was there weren't any board games nor any condiments (even salt/pepper). But other than that, the stay was great!

Well maintained property. Looks just like property pictures on website. Short walk to River Center and downtown shops and activities. Washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. Would stay at this property again.

This condo is amazing in the fact that it is close to everything you need and only a 5 min walk or so to Main Street. It sleeps 7 so that is also great when you are a family of lots of kiddos too. When we arrived at the condo we could tell from the outside we were paying for what we got. Inside the walls were chipped from paint, the screen door on the balcony wasn't attached and just laying against the glass, the family room windows didn't open and were broken, and the only remaining window on the main level was in the kitchen and had no screen. Opening the kitchen window was fine until the wasps started coming in each day. The listing doesn't say there is a 16 step stairway which isn't awesome for a 1 year old who doesn't do stairs yet. The master bed is about as hard as the floor and the sheets haven't seen softner in their lifetime so you will most likely not be cozy. Their TV's are also super odd-the family room one has wires and cables laying all over the floor(hazard for any small kid) and we couldn't get it turned on until late the first night. The master bedroom TV didn't work at all. The kids bedroom had an old school tv with VHS player in one with a DVD player sitting on top of the TV. Interesting since there weren't any cables attaching the TV and DVD player--the TV was so old I don't believe it had the correct cable output for such function anyhow. Funny none the less. Lastly, our oldest son has severe allergies and had slept on the sofa couch with a diffuser next to his bed. When we were packing to leave, I left it sitting on the fireplace area and didn't realize until that night when we went to unpack our bags at home. I called the next morning twice only to be told we had left the condo a mess (?) and there wasn't anything left behind. I was extremely upset to hear how rude and dishonest someone could be when I knew exactly where my diffuser was. Sadly it was my expensive Doterrra one....My sister and family were still up there and had offered to pick it up. I never heard back from this company and that is really unfortunate. We spend about a month in Summit County each year and always use rentals for our stay. I'll be sure t stay away from any attached to this property management company in the future.

We were a family of six and we enjoyed the condo. 2 1/2 baths were great. Both couches made into beds. Condo was nice & clean. It is walkable to most things in Breckenridge. We would stay there again.
