    Don`t feel like walking or driving? NO PROBLEM... there are shuttle stops, conveniently located at the entrance of the village for the Breck free ride, which can take you to different points across town with easy connecting / transfer points.

    Take advantage of the free shuttles provided by the Breck Free Ride Transit System, just steps away from your front door. This makes exploring the area a breeze, whether you’re headed to the slopes or to downtown Breckenridge for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
    House Rules:
    - No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping and cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home or near open windows and doors.
    - No Pets: We love animals, but this property is STRICTLY PET-FREE to maintain luxury standards and accommodate guests with allergies.
    - Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with neighbourhood regulations.
    - No Parties or Events: This home is intended for quiet enjoyment by registered guests only. Unauthorised events will result in immediate cancellation and fines.
    - Maximum Occupancy: 4 Guests – No additional overnight guests permitted.
    - Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the reservation.
    - Hot Tub Etiquette: Shower before use, no glassware allowed in or near the hot tub.
    - Parking Limit: Maximum of 1 vehicle per unit (HOA policy). No street parking allowed per local ordinance—violators may be towed.
    - Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early & Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
    - Respect the Property: Please treat the home and furnishings with care. To help maintain cleanliness and preserve hardwood floors, we kindly ask that guests remove shoes upon entry. You will have slippers provided at check-in.
