Inside, you’ll find:

A plush king-size bed with crisp linens and cozy blankets

A convertible sofa bed with upgraded foam mattress (sleeps 2–4 guests comfortably)

A fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook or entertain — including a coffee maker, French press, blender, and crockpot

A modern split bathroom design with double vanity, new tile, and full bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, etc.)

A private ski and snowboard locker steps from your door

Heated garage parking is available (fee applies), though most guests find no need for a car — lifts, restaurants, shops, and the free town shuttle are all right outside your door.

Whether you’re here for first tracks or summer trails, Peak View Studio offers the perfect blend of luxury, location, and mountain charm — all with the elevated experience you expect from Slope Side Getaways.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including vaping and cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home or near open windows and doors.

No Pets: We love animals, but this property is STRICTLY PET-FREE to maintain luxury standards and accommodate guests with allergies.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with neighborhood regulations.

No Parties or Events: This home is intended for quiet enjoyment by registered guests only. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation and fines.

Maximum Occupancy: 6 Guests – No additional overnight guests permitted.

Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the reservation.

Hot Tub Etiquette: Shower before use, no glassware allowed in or near the hot tub.

Parking Limit: Maximum of 1 vehicle per unit (HOA policy). No street parking allowed per local ordinance—violators may be towed. Parking cost is $55/night in the winter.

Check-In/Out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

Respect the Property: Please treat the home and furnishings with care. To help maintain cleanliness and preserve hardwood floors, we kindly ask that guests remove shoes upon entry.
