About the space:

Suite 8407 is the slopeside 2-bedroom residence at One Ski Hill Place — available exclusively through Gilson Group. The private balcony looks directly at the Breckenridge slopes and lifts. In winter, that means watching skiers descend while your coffee is still hot. In summer, it means having the best elevated seat at the resort for watching hikers, bikers, and lift-accessed summer activity on Peak 8 — all from a covered flagstone terrace with four lounge chairs.

The interior is built for a group: a proper open-concept floor plan with a stone gas fireplace, dedicated 6-seat dining table, full kitchen with granite island and 3 bar stools, and two fully private king bedrooms — each with its own character and en-suite or adjacent bathroom access.

Before your stay, we'll ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal — it takes just a few minutes and ensures every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that's needed to confirm your check-in details. A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.
