Maximize your vacation at this quiet, bright and comfortably furnished home. The private hot tub, extra living room and large front deck provide plenty of areas to relax, while the free ride bus stop across the street allows easy and quick access to downtown and the mountain base areas.
The Space
• Full kitchen with island and bar seating for 4.
• Large dining table with seating for 6.
• Open concept kitchen/dining/living area with vaulted ceilings and skylights for maximal light.
• Gas fireplace in upstairs living room.
• Bonus living area downstairs features a gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance, sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 as well as large sectional, flat screen smart TV and a laundry area with full size wash and dryer in a closet.
• Large flatscreen smart TV located in the living room. *Please note that guests will need to log into their own streaming apps throughout the house.
• Large deck with outdoor seating.
• Private hot tub located in the backyard.
• Gas grill located on the deck.
• Maximum occupancy: 10
• Maximum dogs allowed: 2
• Parking limit: 3-4 depending on size - The detached garage is used for garbage and gear storage ONLY.
• Dogs (up to 2) are allowed.

- Day bed w/ trundle, which makes 2 single beds
- Located on the top floor, off the kitchen.
- Featuring an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

• Bedroom #3, located downstairs next to bedroom #2: queen size bed
• Full bathroom located between the downstairs bedrooms and the bonus living room.
• Downstairs living room: Sleeper sofa that sleeps 2
Location:
• Warrior's Mark neighborhood, on the south end of Breckenridge.
• There is a Free Ride bus stop just across the street. The bus that stops here continues on to downtown Breckenridge and the BreckConnect gondola for easy access to Peak 7 and 8.
• 3 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.
Provided Items:
• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
• The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
• There is a Pack N Play travel crib located at this property. Please bring your own Pack N Play crib sheets.

» The minimum age to rent is 25.
» There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
» Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out designations are dependent on open lifts, runs and bus routes. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses, opening and closing dates.
» This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft which is considered high altitude. We recommend visiting the CDC website for more information on traveling to high altitudes.
» There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night.
» Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
