Dining Room: The dining room is equipped with a stunning wooden table with seating for up to 8 people. There is extra seating just steps away at the kitchen island making plenty of space for the whole group to gather!

Lower Level: The downstairs offers a peaceful retreat with three bedrooms, a cozy reading nook with bean bag seating and games under the stairs, and a spacious mudroom for all your outdoor gear.

Bedroom 2: This bunk room is ideal for groups, offering two twin beds and a US queen bed. An en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub provides added convenience.

Bedroom 3: Enjoy the light-filled ambiance of this bedroom, featuring a luxurious European king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is a spa-like retreat, showcasing a large walk-in shower with a stylish marble built-in bench, and a luxurious heated towel rack.

Sauna: Step into relaxation immediately upon entering the home, where a spacious sauna awaits, comfortably seating up to four guests.

Hot Tub: Just outside the back door of the home is a 6-person hot tub, perfect for soaking after a day on the slopes!

Laundry Room: Across from the sauna, there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are provided. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

This home has space for 3 vehicles total. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
