This spacious, colorful condo is located in the best spot in Breckenridge, right near the base of Peak 9 and on Main Street. Walk less than 100 yards to the Quicksilver chairlift and enjoy access to the entire mountain or cross Main Street to explore all the dining and shopping that Breckenridge has to offer.
The space:
• 2 bedroom/3 bathroom
• Bedroom 1: King bed, TV and large ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, shower and separate bath tub
• Bedroom 2: Twin over full bunk bed, TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and separate shower and bathtub.
• Fold out queen size murphy bed in the dining/living area
• Open concept living/dining/kitchen area
• Dining table with seating for 6
• Cozy living area with gas fireplace
• Full kitchen with all the necessities to cook full meals
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Balcony with mountain views
Complex resort features for guests:
• Large outdoor area featuring a heated outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs, gas grills and views of Maggie Pond and the ski area.
• Fitness center for all of your workout needs, a steam room and 3 additional outdoor hot tubs.
• Complimentary ski and boot valet through Charter Sports, we also have a Charter Sports discount link for gear rentals!
• Multiple shops and restaurants
Parking:
• Heated underground parking for 1 car.
***PLEASE NOTE*** There is a parking fee to be paid on-site via a QR code in order to park in the building. The fees will be the following:
May 1st - October 31st: $15/night
November 1st - April 30th: $25/night
These fees are extra, to be paid on-site and not included in the price.
• Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to fit in the garage must park in a Breckenridge overnight pay lot. More information at BreckPark.
• Garage entrance height: 7'2"
Main Street Station Location:
• Several restaurants are also located in Main Street Station as well as a ski shop, wine bar, and clothing stores. There is a public fire pit located next to Maggie pond that is a great place for relaxing.
• Main Street Station is located next to the Village which is situated at the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift. *Ski in/out designation is based on Peak 9 being open and/or having adequate snow coverage. Peak 9 typically opens around Thanksgiving and closes in April. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain lift and terrain statuses.
• The complex is located on Main Street, at the corner of Park Ave and Main. There are several restaurants, bars, shops and cafes within a few minutes walk. Across the street you'll find the Breckenridge Brewery serving lunch and dinner or Broken Compass Brewery featuring lots of locally made draft beers.
Peak 9 is scheduled to close April 12th, 2026.
Guests will check-in at the 24 hour front desk and receive a key card that will be good for the dates of their stay and provide access to the underground parking area and the amenities.
*Please note the front desk is managed by the building HOA company which is a separate company from ourselves. They provide keys and can answers questions about the building or assist with the facilities. Any questions or requests regarding the condo must be directed toward us.
