Take in mountain vistas on your private balcony before heading out for a day of adventure. The shops and restaurants on Main Street are minutes from your door. Breckenridge Brewery is located right across the street, while Quicksilver Super 6 lift is a short walk.

Find a comfy leather sofa and two armchairs in the window-lined living room, where a gas fireplace sits center stage. Watch movies on a 46-inch TV with a soundbar and DVD player, or play your favorite songs on the Bose stereo. The sleek kitchen is lined with granite counters and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and roomy fridge. Three can enjoy coffee at the breakfast bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at a wood table for six.

This single-level condo accommodates up to eight guests in three bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV and DVD player. Sleep soundly in a main bedroom furnished with a stately king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, double vanity, a soaking tub, and a separate water closet.

The second bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed. An adjacent guest bathroom features fine tile work in the tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Grab a pint at Breckenridge Brewery, situated right across the street from the condo. Treat yourself to a massage at Alpine Spa & Salon in a half-mile. Coming to Breckenridge with the whole family? Mountain Top Children’s Museum is a favorite spot for the little ones 1 mile from your door. Additionally, it is a quick 0.5-mile walk to Isak Heartstone sculpture.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
