I was lucky enough to find this listing for a work conference. It was the perfect location for a conference at breckendrige and access to copper and arapahoe basin. Quiet and able to relax in the evening. Free parking was a bonus!

The condo was great, just as described and the location was perfectly located between Frisco and Breckenridge. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs but gourmet-type cooks would probably appreciate more updated cookware. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were attended to after notifying property management. I would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to another stay!

This place easily gets a 5 star rating! So quaint, cozy and fits the Breck aesthetic perfectly. We absolutely loved how close it was to the main part of town. My ONLY gripe is that I wish the pillows on the bed were a little nicer. My husband and I have very different pillow wants (mine fluffier, and his flatter/more firm), and we both weren't super satisfied with the ones provided, but it was okay for only a few nights. Other than that, 10/10!!

The listing was accurate, and the property was clean and organized. The unit was well equipped and the management team responded quickly when we had an issue with the front door. What we loved was the heated floors - that is so great when you are skiing and the weather is super cold. Waking up to warm floors and not feeling chilled when using the bathroom for showers and such is so good. We liked that the property was between the core of Breckenridge and an adjacent town. This gave us flexibility in traveling back and forth. We did not use the shuttle to the ski resort, but we saw the bus frequently to be comfortable that the service was regular and reliable. The parking lot was regularly cleared of snow and ice, which was welcome as most places in town do not do this, so lots are awkward, and it is hard to know where curbs or other items are located. We may return in the summer and would definitely consider this property strongly as a place to stay in the future.

Last minute reservation, was pleasantly surprised. Modern, clean property as described in listing without surprises. Everything we needed and a few kitchen items we hoped for but didn't expect. Check-in/check-out process automated and very easy. Hope I can find a gem like this again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as advertised. Everything we needed was provided. The only things that might get improved or were a little bit of an issue was that the bed was not the greatest and the bedroom sits directly over the gymnasium which has an HVAC system that runs 24/7. It sounds like there's a blender running though it did provide a little bit of white noise. Neither issue would keep us from staying again. And a final note, if you plan on having more than one car, it seems pretty clear that that's not welcome. The place sleeps for so they better bring everything they need in one car. No provision for guest parking is provided. But, overall the place was fantastic

Great quiet location and homey accommodations. Well outfitted kitchen and comfortable living room. Large bathroom. A few more towels and a better mattress are my only suggestions. Otherwise great!

Overall, the place was fantastic, and we loved sitting on the patio/deck. There was no mountain view but the aspens were beautiful. Easy access to Breckenridge, trails, and the lake. My only complaint was the hot tub or lack thereof. Pictures show a nice patio and hot tubs but they were covered and appeared to be out of service. The patio around the hot tubs was also uncared for.

Overall a great building and room with good location as we went to frisco, keystone, vail, & breck. A few things to note though.... Room is on ground level floor (even though room "2xx") right next to lobby so no views & your head when sleepinging is literally right next to the lobby so hear everything. Second, and not really their fault, but there are loud water pipe sounds almost every hour which woke us up every night. And last, and really just preference, the bed matress & bathroom towels are 2 star hotelish. With this nice of a place I would have expected better. Overall a really nice place & location and with a few updates would be amazing.

The property is ideal for a couple, and it’s location and shuttle offering make it very convenient to Breckenridge Resort and Village (10 mins) and Keystone Resort (20 mins). Copper, Vail, Aspen and Beaver Creek are available with 20 minute to 1 hour and 15 minute drives. The condo itself is cozy and convenient, with an inviting fireplace, a nice kitchen setup and an in apartment laundry. A hot-tub is also available. The property manager was easy to reach and very helpful.

Fire alarm went of because a busted water valve extremely loud, heater stopped working for a day and never recovered correctly. What I mean is the thermostat in the rooms have no use they don’t control anything. My wife stayed hot the whole time and opened the window when it was a -1 degree outside I won’t ever ask to stay in Highlands Green again. Location is great but that is probably it.

We really enjoyed this place. Great location. Out of town but close enough. Just enough room for two adults and a two year old. Super quiet, friendly neighbors. Only complaint is that the igniter was broken on the grill. Had to light it with a lighter which is no problem. Will stay here again!

Stayed here before and we wanted to come back! Very clean and quiet! Loved how close to everything but still away if you want to get away from the town. My husband loved having the golf course so close!!! Will be coming back!!!!

We have rented in this building before, but have never seen such a run down, dirty condo. The carpet is dirty, needs stretching or better, replacement. The inside door handle of the bedroom door was lying on the dresser. The headboard had not been dusted in some time. The cover of the trash can was dirty with fluid runs from the previous renters. Water leaked onto the floor from the 'fridge dispenser. Vacuum full of lint/dirt. Poor lighting. Hide A Bed needs replacing. Dirt, food, hair pins, ink pin tops and a part of the bed structure were under the couch/bed upon opening. A horrible experience. We feel we should be compensated financially due to this horrible experience.

The rental unit is located just above the buildings hvac system which is very loud and caused the bed and the floor to vibrate all night long. One night there was very high pitched noise. Also the website said that the hot tub was open, but we found that it was not operational. We would have chosen different place to stay knowing that. Needless to say we did not sleep well and with the amount of hiking we did we definitely needed both the hot tub and good nights rest.

Super convenient location to Breckenridge and Frisco. Condo was well taken care of, even though some furniture was dated and worn. Only complaint is that we wish we would’ve known the hot tubs were all closed prior to booking. We’d hoped to be able to relax in the spa but arrived to find they were closed because of Covid.
