Highland Greens 19 sover 9 komfortabelt med fantastisk skiområde og bjergudsigt. Hjemmet ligger tæt på vandreture, cykling og golf om sommeren og tæt på byen, gondolen og en lang række udendørsaktiviteter om vinteren. I vintermånederne bliver golfbanen Gold Run Nordic Center, der tilbyder miles af langrendsløjper og snesko stier. Dette eksklusive, godt færdige hjem tilbyder en rummelig stue, fladskærms-tv, gas pejs, hovedniveau halv bad, dæk, privat boblebad, ski-område / bjergudsigt og nem adgang til byen og bakkerne. Den rummelige baggård er perfekt til børnene at løbe rundt, spille og endda gøre en smule slæde! Der er et veludstyret køkken og separat spiseplads med plads til 10 personer.

Dette hjem har en konge master suite med ensuite 5-delt bad. Det andet soveværelse har en queensize-seng, udsigt over skiområdet og et fælles badekar. Det tredje soveværelse har en tvilling over dronning køjeseng sammen med en anden tvilling over dobbelt køjeseng, skiområde visninger og et delt badekar.

PARKERING: Parkering i Breckenridge er strengt håndhævet. For at undgå at bugse eller en billet holder sig til bogførte tegn og parkeringsallokeringer til enhver tid. Hvis du har brug for ekstra parkering til flere biler, betales natten over, parkering leveres af byen Breckenridge i to områder af byen, 1) syd for byen på Stephen West Ice Arena og 2) nord for byen (accepterer også RV'er og trailere) på Airport Road satellit parkeringsplads. ADVARSEL: 4WD eller AWD-køretøjer kræves om vinteren, sne og is vil være på alle overflader, herunder indkørsler og veje - ingen restitutioner for bugsering eller biler, der sidder fast. This listing was nicer than the photos show, new furniture, open concept, very clean. The hot tub was the biggest, newest, hot tub I’ve ever been in with Mountain View! Very nice quiet neighborhood. The location is just 10 mins from historic Breckenridge but the nearby shuttle was perfect for our bigger group to stay together and get there. Being North of town made our other outings to Frisco, Vail, and Leadville very easy and convenient. We had three diff friend groups and the upstairs was divided perfectly and privately for all groups to stay comfortable and out of each others way. The added 1/2 bath downstairs was handy. Large garage and driveway was big enough for our two pickup trucks. The neighbors were friendly and nice and all said hello, many out walking their dogs. There are also biking trails in the neighbor hood that we meant to ride but ran out of time. Definitely a place I would book every time we go to Breckenridge!!!

Half way between Breck and Frisco, this condo has great views without all the hustle and bustle of town! Great launching pad for hiking and shopping. Everything you needed was there and more!

We loved our stay here! The house was clean and very well furnished. The owners thought of everything! There was a pack and play for the baby and also an air mattress. There were toys for the little ones. Perfect location just outside of Breckenridge and only minutes from Frisco.

Great place to stay in Breckenridge and great location. Property was clean and and check-in / check-out process was really easy. I would recommend providing a map of where the trash should go as that wasn’t completely clear but that is the only recommendation for any improvements.

Just down the road from the Breckenridge Golf Club, this place was perfect for our golf vacation! The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. In fact, I’ve never had so many of the little necessities supplied at a vacation rental before. It was all there, including a little bag of coffee! We all enjoyed the powder room with heated toilet seat and bidet attachment. Our son was entertained endlessly by the supply of blocks, legos, and trains. Of course, the hot tub was a welcome luxury at the end of the day for us all. The management company was very helpful and communicative. We could certainly see staying here again in the future.

Management company was easy to work with and our stay was quite pleasant. The residence is a very short drive to Breckenridge parking, Main Street, and multiple grocery stores. Frisco (Walmart) is super close too. There was an emphasis by the management company (or owner, not sure which) on washing dishes and taking out trash and recycling to the secured shed which was several buildings away from our address. Not sure if this is because of Association rules or reluctance to have the turnover crew take care of trash and recycles on behalf of guests but it added stress to our stay that was out of place. The dishwasher wasn't working when arrived. Fortunately we found a drying rack and dish soap under the sink but were forced to wash dishes by hand during our stay. Not awful, but certainly inconvenient. The upstairs bath fan is connected to the light switch and the fan needs to be replaced. We elected not to use the bathroom because every time we turned out the main light the fan would rattle uncontrollably.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Well stocked kitchen, easy access to the very clean hot tub, and very comfortable beds with cozy bedding. Close to Breckenridge and many other places to ski. The best surprise was the bidet in the half bathroom! The check in process was easy and convenient. Overall we would probably stay here again. The loss of one star is due to the shower heads, not my favorite. I would call it a harsh mist or a campsite shower head type. The shorter you are the less pressure you get. Also the fan in the master bathroom turns on with the lights no matter what. It would have been nice to avoid the noise of it at night and also to build moisture and warmth for when you exit the shower. The mountains are so dry that any extra moisture is a luxury. And not all of the humidifiers were in good working condition.

This unit is very well decorated and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Chose it due to its location and the private hot tub. I enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. I have two suggestions: separate switches for the light and ventilation fan in the master bath. Everytime you turn on the light, the fan comes on, which is annoyingly loud. Also, the showerhead in the master shower looks like it came from a Motel 6 in the 70s. These are an easy upgrade.

The property was amazing. My only negative comments are related to property management. My entire party of 9 arrived early, so I called and inquired about early check in. I understand that checking in early isn't always a possibility (wasn't expecting, just inquiring) and property management told me the unit was not ready and they'd call when the property was ready. My problem was that never called. I had to call at 4pm and inquire if the unit was ready. Next, the dishwasher was broken upon arrival. This was just bad luck, but they had to use an outside repairman and the dishwasher couldn't be fixed during my six day stay so washing dishes for 9 by hand sucked. But, as mentioned above the overall experience was amazing!. Would recommend in a heartbeat! Thank you

My husband and I had a relaxing a wonderful vacation to Breck and spent every evening in our Highlands home. Great space to feel at home, watch TV, soak in the hot tub, play games and view of the mountains. Highly recommend and would bring our whole family back next time.

The property was very clean and tidy. It was very spacious for our family of five. When the kids were in bed upstairs we had plenty of space to move around on the main level and not wake them. The toys that were provided by the property owner was a nice touch. There were some infant related items we did not use but were available in the closets. There was a highchair and pack and play. It was nice to have a two car garage to park our truck in. Only downside was the driveway is very short and with the garage door shut parking outside left my truck partially in the roadway. There is no parking on the street as all vehicles must be in the garage or driveway. There was more than enough room for our bags in each room. My wife and I have to share our bathroom at our house because of a Jack and Jill bathroom setup. We didn't know what to do with ourselves with the giant master bedroom and bathroom. It was nice to have that much room. The kitchen had plenty of cups, plates, and silverware. There was about every pot and pan needed to cook a four course meal. There was more than enough room to entertain a large family with four counter chairs and a large dining table. The hot tub was a nice bonus and we used it every night. Only cons was a from time to time noisy master bedroom ceiling fan (out of balance) and late afternoon heat from the sun in the family room. These are not make or break items but if I had to find something wrong with the property that would be about it. I am not sure if it was because were were between seasons but we felt the value was exceptional for what we paid for our stay. We will foresure come back if we stay in Breckenridge again. This property is in-between Breckenridge and Frisco so very easy to get to one or the other.
