The Mountain View was obstructed, however, we could see a bit of the chair lift and a small part of the slopes. The bed was worn out but the decor was nice. It is truly a studio apartment. They control the heat so it was extremely hot. We had to sleep with the windows open and we were still hot. There weren’t any bowels for cereal or a frying pan to cook the eggs. Bring salt and condiments because there are no extras here. Bare minimum s. I felt that we were slighted by the listing since they charged 50.00 a night to park on top of the over priced nightly rate. The property is very dated but in a great location.

As advertised. Close to slopes and Main Street. Clean. Pro tip: read every communication right away so parking isn’t a problem. Use the reservation number in the Vrbo message the owner sends and not the Vrbo reservation number to make the key app work.

Convenience

Everything was great. I wanted close to slopes and this was perfect. Even though some people complain about the Bluetooth key and garage entry, I thought it worked great and it made the stay convenient. The condo has everything you could need and was very clean. There is a "convenience" store in the lobby if you want a snack or a drink in a pinch. There are storage lockers for ski gear, I saw them but I did not use them, I kept my gear in the garage in my car. Short stroll to main street and quicksilver lift, so great location. I would stay here again!

First Breck trip with Daughter

This cozy studio was perfect for our stay. Can't beat the location with ski-on/off, rentals in the building, and short walk to all restaurants. Loved the hot tubs! Our host was very responsive which was great as I got used to the building app for access. Hope to be back!

Property was Great, loved the fitness center and game room! My only suggestion was some extra provisions would’ve been nice, but really Nice overall!

Perfect location

Location couldn’t have been better. Steps from the slopes, rental shops and downtown shopping and dining. Space for 2 adults, one teen with all our winter gear was not an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is near center of Breckinridge and an easy walk to restaurants, etc. the room is at max for four but does nicely for two adults.

Great place to stay in Breckinridge

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. It’s conveniently located to the ski lift and town. We didn’t have to move our car once. Sabrina was excellent with communication. We will definitely stay here again!

Ideal location, wonderful spa/entertainment area

Absolutely wonderful! Could not find a better location and the amenities were amazing. My kids loved spending their time off the slopes in the pool or playing video games. Plan to return!

Cozy, Comfortable Convenient

It was so nice to be able to park in the heated garage, catch an elevator and be in our condo… walking distance to all the Starbucks and all the best downtown dining (including the crepes)… Breck Sports has ski rental on the second floor of the building so that was nice… the Peak 9 lift is literally a two minute walk. Thia space is so cozy… with all the necessities you would want or need… you can sit on the couch and enjoy your coffee while watching the mountains come to life every morning,, there is plenty of space for two and makes a great romantic getaway…

Great location walking distance from everything

Very convenient location. I never needed my car the whole week we were there. Walked to the lift and dining. It is exactly as pictured and described, although it would be a tight fit for 4 people. Sabrina was very responsive to our requests for information and helped smooth the check-in process.

Fantastic location

if you're looking for a spot in Breck and value location as well as a comfy cozy place to relax this is the spot. The condo/room is just big enough with an incredible view of the slopes out the window. Kitchen has all you could need to whip up a meal, delicious local coffee that was provided was much enjoyed before heading out to be one of the first up the Quick silver chair. If cooking isn't your thing there are plenty of restaurants and bars well with in walking distance. The storage locker was conveniently located right across from the unit, but it is a little tricky to get unlocked. For a solid 20 minutes we were convinced the locks were changed before we got there, but once we figured out the touch it wasn't difficult to get our things in and out. Definitely recommend this spot to others coming to enjoy all Breck has to offer. We had a great time, thank you Sabrina!
