"We had an amazing stay. Room was clean beds were comfortable. Only thing I had to complain about was out of 15 floors only 2 had working ice machines."

"We loved the big pool, the lazy river and the convenience of having the beach just steps away! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful and nice everywhere ant the hotel except in the little gift shop by the pool. I would not order food or buy things in that poolside shop again. The pizza was actually decent but the women working there act like you are invisible. I waited for like 15 minutes by myself first in line yet they kept working in front of me like I wasn’t there. "Good location, clean, well maintained. Room was nice with a fridge and comfortable bed. There was a large group of people with children during our stay overtaking the fitness center and pool table making them unusable. Signage was not posted as to age requirements for gym, so we didn’t say anything."

"Amazing stay. So relaxing"

"Her får du udsigt for alle pengene blev mødt af umotiveret personale Ved check in. "

"Everyone knows about the elevators ! So I won’t complain much about them , But I would say some of the staff was a bit rude , I blew it off most the time but I wish they wouldn’t have the attitudes they had . We had a really good bartender Jameson ! He was fast & got us in & out ! The staff at the Alabama ice Cream shop were also Great ! Got us in & out as well , super friendly! Definitely recommend coming to Laketown Wharf"

"The bed was terrible, it was literally a soft mattress like wore out soft. I see. 10 roaches during my stay I was scared to close my eyes ,I would not and will not recommend this place"

"The beds are so uncomfortable! The pool is not heated so could not swim unfortunately."

"It is a nice hotel me and my wife and friends go down twice a year for bike week and we always stay here been staying here for years good friendly staff"

"Receptionist on the phone need to be more friendly and nice"
