A delightful sofa and armchair ensure plenty of space for everyone to sit back and relax over a family film, whilst the dining table offers an ideal setting for celebratory meals or a spot of friendly competition for games night. The chef of the group will love the kitchen, decorated in a contrasting colour scheme with a country style, and with a handy utility room next door providing additional storage. On the first floor are the two tastefully decorated bedrooms, featuring a neutral king-size bedroom and a playful twin with built-in storage which can be made up as a king on request. Completing the property is the modern bathroom with a shower over the bath. When the sun is shining, the enclosed patio is the place to sit and enjoy the warming rays.

The friendly village of Braunton is less than half a mile away, with a lovely selection of independent shops and an eclectic array of eateries to meet many different tastes. From here, you can head off on a walk along the Tarka Trail on a 5-mile stretch to the market town of Barnstaple, stopping off at the pub or cafe en route for a tasty treat. A number of picturesque beaches are also within easy reach, including Saunton (3 miles), Croyde (5 miles) and Woolacombe (7 miles) where there is plenty to keep all ages entertained from rock pools to surf lessons.
