White Feather by Bianca is a beautifully designed 89 sqm apartment on the ground floor of the Avantgarden residential complex on Strada Albatrosului in central Brasov. Calm, spacious and thoughtfully equipped for up to 4 guests — with a private bedroom, an open-plan living and dining area with sofa bed, a generously sized L-shaped kitchen, a private balcony with garden views and a premium bathroom. The apartment combines warm materials — herringbone hardwood flooring, oak slatted panels, a floral armchair and curated artwork — with practical amenities that go well beyond the standard.

Bedroom
Private bedroom with a queen-size bed, white upholstered tufted headboard, hotel-quality linens, rolled towels and grey decorative cushions. Sony Smart TV 55" with streaming platforms accessible with your own account. Blackout blinds and mosquito net on the window. Solid wood chest of drawers and a built-in bookshelf with a curated selection of books.

Living Room
Open-plan living area with a grey sectional sofa that converts to a comfortable double bed for 2 additional guests — bedding stored in the sofa compartment. Floral accent armchair, oval glass and brass coffee table, Sony Smart TV 55" with streaming platforms accessible with your own account, and blackout blinds with mosquito net. Direct access to the private balcony.

Round solid wood dining table for 4 with grey upholstered chairs, set against a warm oak slatted wall panel with decorative arch lamp. Kitchen island with 2 bar stools for casual dining — the apartment comfortably seats the whole group.

Generous L-shaped kitchen with white cabinetry and solid wood worktop: 4-ring induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, Nespresso espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Cookware, glassware and utensils provided. No microwave.

Balcony
Private balcony with composite wood decking, glass-top outdoor table and 2 chairs. Open views over Avantgarden's green garden and mature trees — a pleasant outdoor space for morning coffee or evening air, accessible directly from the living room.

Premium private bathroom with walk-in shower featuring matte black column with rainfall and handheld heads, terrazzo-effect stone wall tiles, wall-hung WC, grey double-drawer floating vanity with ceramic basin and matte black tap, LED backlit mirror and hotel toiletries provided on arrival.

? Parking and Access
One dedicated private parking space included. Self check-in via Yale smart lock — access code sent before arrival. No lift — ground floor apartment.

• Ask if you have a question or issue: The key is just ask if you need something or want to know something. We appreciate the opportunity to make things more comfortable for you. Please text, we'll point you in the right direction.
• In case you use the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
• Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but we ask you to keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has a meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
• Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
• The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
• Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
• We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
• Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
• Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
• The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.

• Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Parties and Events: No parties or organized events are allowed.
• Quiet Hours and Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out.
• Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen.
• Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request.
• Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5). Please ensure you complete the check-in form sent to you via the platform messages.V
