This 3 bedroom condo will be the perfect vacation home for your trip to Branson! This condo sleeps 8 people, is very close to Silver Dollar City, and has a garage game room ready for hours of fun for the whole family!



The Space:

This 3 bedroom condo will be the perfect vacation spot for any Branson vacation! SLEEPING 8 people, there will be room for your group to spread out and EVERY BEDROOM HAS ITS OWN BATHROOM!! It is just minutes to Silver Dollar City AND has a GARAGE GAME ROOM ready for hours of fun for the whole family! This condo is also great if you have some in your group that don’t do well with stairs! There are only 2 stairs up to the front door and two of the three bedrooms are in the main level.



When you first walk in you’ll notice the beautifully vaulted ceilings and a magnificent two story stone FIREPLACE centered in the main living room! Sink right into the leather couches to relax after a long day of Branson adventures. And the best part is, the COUCHES AND CHAIRS ALL RECLINE, so everyone gets the best seat in the house! The living room is open to the kitchen, so no one ever feels left out. Whether doing some home cooking, or opting for take out, the KITCHEN IS STOCKED with everything you might need! Pots, pan, plates, small appliances, wine glasses, a crockpot, baking dishes, and so much more! We even have both a Keurig as well as a regular coffee pot to fulfill all your coffee needs! Gather around because the dining room seats eight, so there is room for everyone at the table! There is even a high chair and four extra seats at the bar.



Want to soak in the Ozark air?!? Step right out onto the SCREENED-IN BACK DECK where there are two patio tables making outdoor dining a great choice! Or sink right into the comfy patio furniture while sipping your coffee on a crisp morning overlooking the beauty of the LedgeStone golf course.



No need to leave the condo for hours of fun when there is a GARAGE GAME ROOM attached to the home! The young ones in your group, or the young at heart, will love playing the old school video games, watching a movie, or enjoying the foosball table we have coming later this spring!



Down the hallway is the primary suite, with a KING BED ready for a great night’s sleep. This bedroom also has access to the back deck, a desk just in case you need to get some work done, a flat screen TV, and an attached PRIVATE EN-SUITE! The en-suite bathroom has a large countertop, separate shower, and a large jetted tub to soak your worries away!



Bedroom 2 is also on the main level with a king bed and attached bathroom. Then head on upstairs for the last bedroom! Bedroom 3 is extra large with 2 queen beds, a desk workspace, and a full bathroom just outside it’s door. Laundry will be a breeze with the full size washer and dryer inside the unit, and we stock the detergent.



Guest Access:

No need for keys! There is a keypad lock in the front door for your convenience!



The Neighborhood:

The location is ideal, tucked away in the back of StoneBridge Resort! There are 3 different pools within the StoneBridge Resort, and one of the them is just a short walk down the street. Bring your pool towels, walk down the street, and soak in the sun around the pool. All StoneBridge pools are outdoor and open seasonally, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. The two other resort pools are only a short drive away. One is at the clubhouse, where you can also sign up for a tee time at the LedgeStone golf course (for a fee) or choose to dine at the clubhouse restaurant Ledgestone Grill. The third pool is zero entry and sits by Forest Lake, a large pond inside StoneBridge, with a beautiful view! The pond also offers catch and release fishing, so just bring your poles! (no fishing license required) Several of the other StoneBridge amenities are in this same location by Forest Lake, where there is also a sand volleyball court, half basketball court, playground, and walking trail around the pond.



Getting Around:

Head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just one mile from the StoneBridge Village entrance!



The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!



The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!



AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With Indian Point Marina only 15 minutes from the cabin, renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

STONEBRIDGE CAR FEE NOTICE!

StoneBridge has implemented a $7 charge per vehicle per night that will need to be paid at the gate upon entering the resort. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!

Indian Pointe Marina is just 15 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage, as trailers and boats are not permitted to be stored on Stonebridge's property.
