"It was cute and cozy and all the amenities we needed were there. We had a little trouble finding the place because there are multiple cottages and they’re numbered but not in order. Suggest that you tell the cross street when you give directions and address. Also, even though it was a somewhat crowded Cottage area - it was very peaceful We were comfortable and we were close to fishing and Branson. We enjoyed the steamboat Branson Belle. Locally we enjoyed the Mercantile and the sweet lady...

"This was everything you want when you rent a house! Amenities exactly as described or better. Here’s what stood out: the signage and welcome packets meant we knew how to use every single thing in the house. The downstairs bedroom is on the basement level (built into the side of the hill) so it was windowless and perfectly chilly. Best sleep literally since we had kids six years ago. "The host, Lynn, was great! Communication was amazing! We received email response within minutes. Check-in and checkout were effortless. The house was beautiful and just right for our family to be together for Christmas. There was even a Christmas tree! The house was located between several Branson attractions which made it so convenient. The lake views were great, especially with the December temperatures feeling more like Spring. The kids loved the arcade games, pool table, and karaoke...

"First of all the pre-trip communication with the owner was second to none. We have been booking through VRBO for years and have never had this level of communication. There were absolutely no surprises during the check in phase. Our Family was a group of 13. 4 adults and 9 kiddos from ages 5 to 18. This property had something for everyone in our group.
