"Fantastic hotel in the heart of Bristol.
Travelled with a group of friends, and this hotel had pretty much everything we could have wanted.
The rooms (classic double) were spacious and clean (a few cobwebs on the ceiling, but that did nothing to detract from my experience), and the bed was very comfortable.
No noise bleeding through from other rooms, so there's efficient sound-proofing.
A mini fridge would have made the room perfect, but we made do without.
The staff are very friendly and...

"From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing , we checked in early as going to a festival. Amazing staff , good quality room as they always are. Came back in evening had a drink in the bar, friendly staff and great service, breakfast the next morning was really nice , all fresher cooked and great selection "

"Beautiful, well furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries in bathroom. Very luxe! Great to have Nespresso Machine with pods too. Værelset havde en god størrelse. Pænt rent, pånår badet, som havde hår fra den tidligere gæst. Døren ind til toilettet kunne næsten ikke lukkes, da den var placeret en smule skævt.
Derudover havde vi også mange problemer med vores nøglekort. Kortet ville ikke åbne til vores værelse, så vi var nede og få et nyt kort flere gange. Men det lød dog til, at de skulle til at udskifte deres system.
De ansatte var meget venlige og hjælpsomme....

"I spent seven night at the hotel. I reckon it’s mostly used for business trips and overnight stays, but it was very nice. Only thing I was a bit annoyed with was how the shower would switch a lot between hot and cold. I, at least, wasn’t able to find the middle ground :)

"What a weirdly wonderful stay at this special place. The chef is amazing, staff, from reception to waiters, all lovely caring people, to all the funny little details, for example the little welcome drink in the room, the combo retro CD/tape player and oldschool phone. Funny and warm. Bathroom could use an upgrade, but I didn’t care about that. Lovely place. "
