"Was amazing great comfy bed i slept in the last morning thats how comfy it was. Room very clean indeed. Breakfast amazing and staff were wonderful couldnt ask for any thing better would highly recommend 👌. Location was excellent too. When working away again would definitely stay again. "Superb welcome from the chap with the shaved head (sorry not caught your name), really friendly and helpful. Lovely venue, lots of art and personality. Comfortable room. Dog friendly. Breakfast and lunch available at a cost. Parking - free- on street outside. 5 min walk to the two Marine Parks and the beach. 20 min walk to South Shields metro. 25 to the ferry. "

"Dårlig modtagelse i reception, hun virkede ligeglad, elevator virkede ikke, måtte bære bagagen op. Gulvet var meget skævt og hullet, alt var slidt og trængte til at blive renoveret. Det eneste positive var morgenmaden, men igen, hende der serverede virkede ligeglad og var ikke smilende 😕"

"There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay here again. "
