"Gorgeous room and lovely decor overall although a few things were broken opun arrival e.g. One of the blinds pull strings was snapped and one of the plant pots was crackes.
The staff were very courteous and helpful.
I would rate higher but the rooom did not come with any bath products or a hair dryer, and the tea and coffee was kept in the hallway between the rooms rather than having a selection in the room.
Will definitely stay again if this is fixed. "

"We stayed at the Birdham for a mini-break and were very pleased with our choice.
It has been recently refurbished to a good standard and was very clean.
The team were all very friendly and helpful and the food was very good.
Bembridge itself is fairly small and quiet but it is easy to get to from the ferries and was also a good base for touring the island.
Definitely recommended if you're looking for a nice place to stay for an Isle of Wight break."

We had everything we needed in the room, hair dryer, coffee maker,tea, fridge, bottled water etc. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, John and Francie, who were so friendly and helpful. "Disgraceful ,they knew they had multiple guests stranded with nowhere to sleep and didnt care .The property was cluttered ,we had to push a mattress out the way to use the toilet(no hand-wash)aka cupboard.The kitchen is not the one in pictures 1/3 of size ,dirt,mould in corners of fridge ,what appears to be mouse droppings in cupboards,plenty of pics as proof .key safe to enter property just popped open so anyone could walk in in night. AVOID AVOID AVOID oh and free breakfast is a lie and garden...
