The master suite has a King bed with a large walk-in closet, TV, and DVD in the room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower stall

The second bedroom has two twin beds and access to an hall private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

FULL DESCRIPTION



Cozy two-bedroom condominium located in the convenient and safe development of Shorewalk Vacation Villas in West Bradenton. The private master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a shower stall. The second bedroom has two twin beds, lots of storage space, and is adjacent to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, stemware, and stainless-steel appliances. The community has two resort-style community pools and a fitness center. Come enjoy the Florida Lifestyle at Shorwalk!

The best part of being in West Bradenton is that you are minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. There are also several wildlife preserves nearby, great for hiking and biking. If you would rather fish for the afternoon, there are also great spots at piers around the area and within the community. This comfortable private condo is located just 10 minutes from Bradenton Beach or Anna Maria Island Beach is just 6.8 miles away. The Shoppes of Bradenton Commons is within walking distance and offers grocery shopping, restaurants, a Sports bar, and an AMC theater. The Sarasota/Bradenton airport is a 16-minute drive (8.2 miles) south and downtown Sarasota and St Armands circle is about 30-minute drive south which is a great place for watching a sunset from a rooftop bar and causal and upscale dining and shopping. You don't need to go that far for dining options as Longboat Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Island all have great places to eat and things to do by the beach. Don't forget a trip to downtown Bradenton which is on the water and also has bars, restaurants, and Village of the Arts. The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community made up of colorful historic cottages that house everything from award-winning restaurants to specialty shops, studios, healing arts, bakeries, and Bradenton’s best art galleries.

Great Location

Great location for us to get to IMG Cup. Convenient to local restaurants and grocery or general retailers! The apartment was clean and spacious for the 3 of us. The property was well kept and had a nice clubhouse. Enjoyed our stay!

Perfect vacation stay

We loved our stay at this property. It is just a short drive to the beach and located in a very convenient spot! We loved having the option of swimming in the pools when we weren’t beaching it. The master bathroom shower could use a little work but otherwise very happy with our stay. We’ll be back for sure!

Amazing Location

We had an amazing stay! The location was beautiful and access to everywhere we needed to be! Very family friendly and kid oriented. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed staying here.

Great place

This was a wonderful place to stay; only downfall was the low water pressure and the 2nd bedroom didn't have cable. Other than that my family would definitely stay again. Quiet neighborhood, the 2 pools were nice and never busy, spacious condo, huge closets in both rooms and easy access to beaches, shopping and restaurants

Great property but not very family friendly

We loved the location and the room was amazing but it wasn’t very kid friendly. We had a lot of issues with the pool, for example: no floats, no jumping, the baby couldn’t even have a sippy cup by the pool. It is great if you don’t have small children

Not What I Had Hoped For

The pictures of this place look great for the most part, but overall, it’s very dated and bare minimums throughout. The twin bedroom had rickety beds and a light. No cable which is fine, but other rooms had it. My daughter ended up with bites/hives all over her lower half. The owner assured me this had never been a problem in his rental. When I switched her to another bed we didn’t have a problem, however, I was out of a bed. The lady at the pool was rude and we felt like the kids couldn’t do much without her coming and correcting something. The drive to most places was around 20-30 minutes. We had a problem with the dryer and the owner had it fixed right away. I have to say his communication and promptness with that problem was quickly resolved which was appreciated. Overall, we would not recommend this property as it was not what we had hoped for for our vacation.

The property was located in another area than the pools. Had to drive there. No way to walk there, looks like once two different properties separated by a fence. Had to buy a skillet, the cooking pans were awful. The twin beds were rock hard. One bedspread smelled like baby spit up. Small lamp in bedroom didn’t light up room. The whole place was bare necessities.

Lovely community

We were very happy with the accommodations. The pool and club house are beautiful. We had everything we needed and check-in and check-out were easy. Our only concern was the low water pressure in the shower, which could probably be adjusted. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Winter in FL 2021

Shorewalk is located in a Perfect spot.....close to beaches, restaurants, grocery store an shopping. The unit was OK-could have used a decorator’s touch . The VRBO site stated it a was a king bed, which we need for my 6’4” husband. Guess what....it was a queen. Too late to argue so we had separate rooms for the month! It also lacked kitchen and bath items so we had to buy them since we were going to be there so long. TV in second bedroom had NO cable/service so bring your Firestick or Roku along. It was a great trip once we got settled.

Clean and spacious condo

This condo was clean upon arrival. It was spacious and as described. I communicated with the property owners a few times, and their responses were quick and helpful. This was conveniently located to IMG, and it was easy to get to Tampa, Sarasota and Fort Myers.

Our stay in Shorewalk Villages

The property was in excellent conditions. All that was announced is was we received in service. The bedrooms , bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, balcony and Family room was an extraodinary place including all the facilities live the TV with cable, and other amenities in site.
