There is a beautiful resort like backyard with a LARGE Saltwater heated/cooled pool with a baja sun shelf with umbrella and seating. We maintain the pool temp year round at a very comfortable temp, however; we can not guarantee weather conditions in the winter time.

The completely remodeled open-concept with a fully equipped kitchen with a bar. Off of the living room, guests can enjoy outdoor dining on a spacious private deck. There is also a gas BBQ grill near the pool.

A Full size washer/dryer easily is easily accessible within your private unit.

Both the master and guest bedroom have a king size mattress. Both also have large new flat screen TVs, dressers, double nightstands, ceiling fans and plenty of closet space. Both have their own private bathrooms with a newly remodeled master walk-in shower!

Incredible 1st floor common area with a kitchenette featuring a blackstone griddle and interior seating. There is also a bathroom for easy access off of the pool deck.

This listing is one side of a duplex, although you will have the whole space to yourself, you may or may not be sharing the outdoor spaces with other parties. All units are available to rent together for larger families.

The duplex is located 2 miles from the beaches of Anna Maria, and less than a block to the bus stop. It is also conveniently near several grocery stores, IMG Academy, a movie theater, bowling alley, putt-putt and regular golf courses, fishing, water sports, local entertainment and more.
