When I arrived and opened the door, it was super clean inside. Pros- small but mighty! Clean, AC worked great, nice size frig and freezer, 3 tv’s, decorated nicely, great RV park amenities- pool, laundry mat, pickle ball, tennis I believe, 2 fenced in areas for dogs to run off leash, club house, several dumpsters, bins for dog poop, feel safe environment! Outside picnic table. Cement area so no tracking in or dirt! Cons- blinds don’t open on RV so you can’t see out at all, kitchen sink barely had any water running out, no shade- the awning was broke off, the bed wasn’t completely uncomfortable but it wasn’t comfy either, the shower is tiny, the shower curtain did not help to keep water from getting all over the bathroom, hated that the sign on the bathroom wall says to not flush your toilet paper- yep- you read that correctly! Pots to cook but no frying pan, minimalistic stuff to cook with, an outside grill would be nice, no instructions- how to turn lights on, what to do with trash, what needs done when you leave, the smell of raw sewage was prettyvibrant at times, and no toaster. Overall the RV was great for what I needed it for but I’m not sure I would do it again. The whole bathroom experience was what I disliked the most. From the tiny shower that I couldn’t keep the water from getting all over everything to having to throw your toilet paper in a garbage can after going #1 or #2 was not fun. I suggested RV/biodegradable toilet paper.
