We typically rent our homes from Saturday to Saturday, if you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday, please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations.

Cancellation Policy : •💲 $500 deposit due at time of booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival. For reservations 21+ nights or $20,000+ → 10% deposit due at time of booking.
• Cancel 60+ days before arrival → Full refund (no fees).
• Cancel within 60 days of arrival → No refund.🚫
• Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Beach Retreats on or before the 60‑day deadline. Once paid, it's non‑refundable.
• Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000 → Full payment due 90 days before arrival; once paid, it's non‑refundable.
Third party travel insurance cost is due at time of purchase
• Third‑party travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non‑refundable.
If the guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, it must be done outside of the 60/90‑day cancellation period; otherwise, normal cancellation rules apply. No changes are permitted during the stay.
