A Beach Dream #4 ~ Location, location, location is what this dreamy, newly refreshed, beach-front bungalow style condo is all about! Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and gulf breezes with a coffee in hand. Literally within steps you will be able to sink your toes into the sugary sands of the Gulf and watch the dolphins splash in the water at sunset. This is the perfect island getaway destination! Walk to nearby local shops and restaurants on Bridge Street and enjoy the Beach Café for breakfast, lunch and dinner located right next door!

A Beach Dream #4 is a beautiful 1 bedroom; 1 bathroom condo located on the glistening Gulf of Bradenton Beach. This hidden gem is the most ideal vacation rental for up to two people that you can call home while here. Step inside with a modern style kitchen nestled next to the living space that features a mounted flat panel tv for relaxation after a full day of sun. Barstools along the fresh new quartz counter tops for easy morning breakfasts and stainless-steel appliances with coastal cabinetry give a modern flow to the space. The bedroom boasts a new king size bed, large flat screen TV and the bathroom has a brand new updated modern and convenient walk-in shower (new photos will be added soon).

Need a break from the beach? Then hop on the island trolley and cruise on up to the North End or cast a line on the Bradenton Beach Pier. Rent a golf cart, grab a gourmet doughnut and coffee, pick up some timeless treasures at a local boutique, and live the island lifestyle on your well-deserved beach getaway. Come and experience “A Beach Dream #4!”

There is ONLY ONE parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is NOT a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use. Beach House association offers lounge chairs for guest use. They need to be returned to their storage location after each use.

NOTE: IF THIS CONDO (BEACH DREAM 4) IS BOOKED YOUR DATES OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TWO UNITS NEXT DOOR TO EACH OTHER, PLEASE LOOK AT BEACH DREAM 5. THEY ARE DECORATED EXACTLY THE SAME. BEACH DREAM 4 HAS PARTIAL VIEWS DUE TO STAIRS.

The view was other-wordly. From our balcony each night, we watched that last instant where the top of the sun disappears below the horizon and into the Gulf. The front of the apartment is virtually all either picture window and door glass! We called watching the waves and the pelicans flying by at eye-height "Gulf TV." Definitely our favorite. channel. ever. And our host Kimberly was super from start to finish.

If you are looking to stay on the beach you can't get any closer. The reservation process was smooth and communication with Kimberley was always timely. The unit was easy to find and access. Off street parking is right in front. Inside we found the unit to be cozy, clean and well stocked with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. We were a little disappointed that the windows don't open so we couldn't hear the surf. Other great amenities outside the unit were the provided propane grill, chairs that overlook the beach, proximity to the Kokonut Hut for food and drinks and the beach itself. The beach was never crowded and very clean.

This VRBO was absolutely AMAZING! The location and the views were spectacular. I loved every moment of our long weekend there. If you like long walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets, this is the place for you. We loved the convenience of it all as well. We had a perfect get-a-way weekend.

We will definitely be returning! The VRBO was perfectly clean and offered fantastic amenities. We walked outside and stepped onto the beach, literally. Great location, easy communication with the host, and an amazing stay.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!

This was by far the cleanest and nicest property I have ever booked. The location was perfect being right on the beach, which was helpful with the pop-up thunderstorms. It was also so nice having beach chairs and lounge chairs provided. We were able to walk to several restaurants and shops, and there is a trolley stop right out front for further distances. I will definitely book again for future stays!

Beautiful Place!

My husband and I spent four nights in this beautiful location and loved it!! The pictures are exactly what you see when you get there and the beach is literally steps away from the door. I am very particular about cleanliness and this place was spotless. The condo was also fully stocked if you want to cook vs. going out every day. We will definitely stay again!

Beach Perfection!

Upon arriving, the condo building is very unassuming in looks, but once you enter the gate, be ready to be WOW'D!!! This property is merely STEPS from the warm waters of the Gulf! The unit was impeccably clean and cozy! Needless to say we didnt spend much time indoors, as we had perfect weather. The town is fully accessible through the Mcat public transportation or Uber. Many delightful restaurants in the area as well. Beach was spotless, and has wonderful viewsd of the dolphins and manatees as they pass by! We will be returning! The host was incredibly responsive and cleaning crew also assisted when onsite with questions! Highly recommend!!

Another Amazing Stay at Thus Perfect Location

This is our second stay at this location and we are still in love with it. You cannot beat the few steps to sand and a bit more until your feet are in the water. Everything you need, including the most comfy beach chairs are provided by Kimberly. The unit is comfortable and beautifully put together. You can walk to many places, including High Tides, our favorite restaurant right over the bridge. I cannot recommend this unit and location any more!

Absolute perfect beach DREAM!

This little condo is an absolute dream! Very clean and new, and the location couldn't be more perfect - as it's literally on the sand. The small heated pool was relaxing in the evenings and the condo was filled with all the little cooking amenities you'd want on vacation (blender, toaster, ice machine...) The property is one building away from a tiki restaurant on the beach with live music every night at sunset. And across the street is a fun tex-mex restaurant also with live music nightly. They both made for a festive vibe that really felt like we were on vacation.It's also very walkable to the historic pier, with an oyster bar, candy shop, mini golf, cute shops, and a fun rooftop daquiri bar. Tons of water activities right on Bradenton Beach, too (we rented a wave runner, but there's also parasailing, snorkeling, hoverboarding...) The property immediately next to this condo is being renovated, so there was some loud construction during the day, and starting early in the morning. But this is out of the control of vrbo/the host, and understandable, as the island is still recovering from the hurricane last year, with a lot of damaged properties still visible within walking distance. I'm just happy AMI is thriving again with a mix of happy vacationers and locals. Can't wait to book this property next year!

Beautifully decorated home steps from the beach!

If you want to stay in a beautifully decorated home literally steps from the sand then look no further. The listing pics for the interior are exactly what you get we loved all the decor & it was super helpful to have the full kitchen with many restaurants not having re-opened since last years hurricanes. The sunset it literally sets right in front of you. You can enjoy it outside but you can even enjoy it right from the comfort of the sofa if you wanted. And once the sun hits the horizon, the sunset continues for about an hour after. We were in awe! The listing pics of the exterior appear dated diff color, no longer bushes or trees other than 2 palms at back of property, outdoor dining area no longer there (no table & there was trash from the neighboring property’s active construction in the area). The listing also mentions a pool, jacuzzi, spa which was a bit confusing. It’s a jacuzzi (out of order when we visited). Similar to another person, we experienced road noise in the bedroom that starts around 7am from traffic but we wanted to get up by 8 anyway to maximize our day. The people in the unit above were often noisy moving around furniture or something scraping against the floor (our ceiling). These things were minor inconveniences to us (it happens), just something to note. The property owner/manager was super responsive & nice. Check in/out was easy as well. We enjoyed it!

Fantastic Location

This condo was perfect for us. As the description says, it’s virtually steps from the beach and water. I really don’t think you can get any closer. The space is small but perfect for two people. The interior is completely redone and it looked brand new. It was also spotless. It was our first time in the island and we both thought the location was good. Close to great restaurants and having Kokunut next door was a huge bonus. The only downside to the condo location was a partially obstructed view due to the stairs. You could still see the beach and ocean pretty good. If we go back, we would rent the condo next door. (5). Definitely 5 stars!!
