Når du har haft nok sol og sand, skal du udforske øen med den frie vogn. Centralt beliggende til alt, er Sunset Terrace kun en kort gåtur til både nordlige og sydgående gratis trolleystop. Sightseeing var aldrig mere sjovt og nemt. Sunny Anna Maria Island kan kun være syv miles lang, men der er masser at se og gøre. Kør sydpå til Historic Bridge Street til spisestue og musik, så slentre ud på Bradenton Beach Pier for en fantastisk udsigt over Sarasota Bay. Du vil elske den maleriske af denne travle lille golfø.

Great view. Great condo. Terrific response from Vacasa when we had questions. My only "suggestion" is they clean the floors better. Walking around the condo barefoot VERY dirty feet, and this was inside only.

WONDERFUL WEEK

We had a wonderful week at Sunset Terrace! Absolutely gorgeous location and view! Condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. It also was equipped with more beach items than were listed- a nice surprise! The “only” thing we missed was a King size bed in the master. My husband is 6’9” and it would have been a little more comfortable for him. We will be looking to stay there again!

Nice Condo and Location

The condo was very nice and very clean. The location was central to the island and was great. Overall, we enjoyed out stay and would stay again. The only thing that we did not like was that the road was so close - we heard traffic all night in the master bedroom and also the pool area was very noisy.

Beautiful view

This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean where you can watch the sunset every evening. The pool was nice, although max capacity it 9. It was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a closet with chairs and an umbrella available to use on the beach. Be aware when you rent this particular property that you have 4 flights of stairs to climb. It was fine for us, but may have been difficult for some.

Quiet family getaway

The location was great if your looking to just relax. A couple miles in either direction are restaurants and shops. So not close enough to walk, but close enough for convenience which was perfect for us. The condo has great access to the beach and storage on the ground level for all your beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. They do have all that as well for use in the storage closet if you forget like we did. Being on the 2nd floor, there were 4 flights of stairs to walk up which didn't bother us but if you have older people, it could be bothersome. Everything you could need is provided in the condo. The porch is screened in which is nice. The beach was quiet and family oriented. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. We have found our new destination for our vacations!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was beautiful and comfortable! You can't ask for a better view. There was also a storage closet at the bottom of the stairs with a beach wagon, chairs and some toys. There wasn't a cooler or a decent umbrella so we had to buy some. You're welcome to whoever the next person is that stays there because we left them behind. I can agree with one other reviewer who said black out curtains in the master bedroom would be nice. Some Windex left out would also be nice since there is a lot of glass. I don't know if I would recommend this place for bringing a toddler. My 2.5 year old son broke a lamp due to so much glass being around. 🤦 All in all we were very happy with this beautiful Condo and I would definitely choose it again if my toddler wasn't with us.

Wonderful Place

Place was as advertised. Very clean and great layout. The screened porch was awesome and great for watching sunsets. Very convenient for catching the trolley which we used almost everyday for getting to restaurants. Would stay there again for sure,

Beautiful views and great location. Owner does a great job. Had maintenance issues that they management company - Vacasa - was unable to address and still haven't heard back from them, even though we are home now. Without Vacasa's issues, rating would have been a 5

Great location but property but would not stay again - management is a red flag

First of all I would have to say that the condo is in an amazing location next to a great beach. It’s very easy to walk out of the condo down onto the beach. The view is absolutely beautiful from the patio. However there’s a lot of other things that did not go well and for that reason I wouldn’t stay here again. Cons: The door lock didn’t work and it was never fixed. The master bathroom toilet didn’t flush and we had to constantly fiddle with it was never fixed. And the AC was broken. They never fix the AC they did offer us another condo but it wasn’t anywhere near as close to the beach and we would’ve had to pay the same amount so we didn’t think that was a very good trade. They did not offer a comparable trade for what we had paid for. I have lived in Florida in Arizona for nearly 20 years and I know from experience that if you want an AC fixed it’s possible to get it fixed in an expeditious manner. The road noise is very obnoxious in the master bedroom is right on the road above the pool very difficult to sleep. The beds seem old. The second bedroom was very small and for adults the beds were not at all comfortable. Dealing with the management company was obnoxious so many calls they didn’t seem to have any idea what the other person had talked about because it’s so big they didn’t take good notes spent a lot of the time on the phone with them which I did not want to do for my vacation. Because of the road noise and the management company I would never rent here again. The floors were definitely not clean and we had to clean off many of the surfaces before we set anything on them. You couldn’t walk barefoot in the house even on the first day because your feet would turn black. It seems like they run the vacuum cleaner but maybe don’t mop the floors. **Vacassa also has been spamming my email since I booked about OTHER rental Pros Storage closet was fully stocked with chairs in ice chest and toys. The condo was fine it was appointed with low end mismatched furnishings and dishes but it everything worked fine. The patio was absolutely amazing. The view is great and you can hear the waves from the living room. There was a washer and dryer even though it was very old it worked all right. The bathrooms were good other than the master bathroom toilet not working. Bottom line is I would never rent another property with this vacation rental company (Vacassa). But I would definitely return to Anna Maria Island and get a nearby condo.

Bradenton Beach

The property was great. Close to the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of towels! The trolley was good. Didn't like walking to 3rd floor with luggage and supplies for a week.

This was such a great property for so many reasons. It was absolutely beautiful from the minute you walked in. The decor was lovely and perfect for a beach house. The VIEW! We could not get enough of that view. Being able to enjoy the ocean, sunsets, and beauty of AMI regardless of weather was amazing. You could not ask for a better location both in terms of island life, and the water. We could hear the ocean laying in our bed on the opposite side of the condo. I loved that there were fans, extra blankets, and other useful items. The additional beach closet was a treasure! Having chairs, floaties, and even a cooler was AWESOME! We will 100% be back. The only hang up was not getting the code from Vacasa to check in. That was a little frustrating, but was quickly worked out.

Oasis

In the midst of a very sad time in our lives, this place was an oasis for us. God’s beautiful creation combined with the beauty of the condo were just what we needed to feel peace. The staff at Vacasa were also very thoughtful and kind. Our favorite part of the condo was the terrace. It was amazing, and we spent the majority of our time out there.

Family vacation with kids

Overall 5 stars, this place was very comfortable and roomy for our family of 4. Location is perfect and the beach closet was stocked with lots of helpful items (chairs, umbrella, beach toys). When I inquired ahead of our stay I was told these had to be rented. We did have problems getting in at first with our code and didn’t get the best customer service with vacasa but after reaching the local contact all was resolved in about 15 min. We really needed more dish towels and better laundry detergent but that’s my only complaint.

Great views, great property, balcony needs some attention

Beautifully decorated unit with great gulf front views to a dolphin parade and blue heron stroll almost every morning. Unfortunately the property lacks some attention when it comes to the balcony- the cushions are beyond well used and are in need of a serious cleaning and update. And the beach chairs which are advertised on property are additionally rusted & you have to sort through the broken. . We used the beach towels on the balcony cushions, and our beach towels on the beach. We believe fixing these details would make the property excellent.

We loved the unit. Clean, great decor, comfortable, best view!! Suggestions would be to update the beach chairs and umbrella. A canopy would also be good. It was dark getting into our unit. We tried the switches, maybe the bulb was bad. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property and working with Vacasa Rentals.

Lovely location - great fun walking on the beach and dolphin spotting. Nice open plan kitchen /sitting room and large balcony. Nice master bedroom. The second bedroom with no windows is dark and oppressive. Carpet could have been cleaner and there was fungus growing between the kitchen cabinets and floor . But overall we had a good time
