The location of the condo was absolutely perfect for us! The view of the ocean from the porch was outstanding! We enjoyed being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars! The only con is that we could hear the music from one of the bars in our bedroom when we tried to sleep, however that could easily be cancelled out with ear plugs if you choose.

Absolutely perfect!

Took our family girl's trip to Anna Marie Island and this place was absolutely perfect for us. Literally right on the beach, walking distance to plenty of food options.

Excellent property

We really enjoyed the size and layout of this property. We two minor issues which were handled quickly. Parking was unclear, maybe they could leave parking instructions on the counter for when someone shows up.

Great Beach House

This was a great place to stay, right on the beach! Close to everything. The parking was iffy. There really isn't space for two cars though. There are 4 units in this building and really only space for a total of 4 cars. When we were there the other visitors had really large SUVs so if smaller cars maybe. But really no need to drive-you can walk everywhere. Its a nice place with great customer service.

Great Beachfront Property

Stop scrolling & book this now! We absolutely loved the location…it was perfect for our family of four (adults). We stepped off the deck onto the white sand for our daily walks on the beach (Gulf of Mexico)…sunsets were spectacular! The condo is one block from the Bradenton Bridge area; we walked everywhere…to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, shopping and to the bay side of the key for the sunrise. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels and a cooler. We hope to be back again, soon. We had a fabulous time! Don’t pass up a stay at Captain Ron’s!!

Great location, close to everything. I was worried about pedestrian traffic passing our condo to get to the beach but it wasn't an issue at all. Can't beat the view from the great main room.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing stay at this clean, well, equipped and perfect location two bedroom, two bathrooms condo. The two minute walk right to Bridge St., Island Time bar, and all the shops and the pier was so convenient. Waking up every morning and walking right onto the beach was absolutely a dream come true. We got to watch Sunset directly in front of us sitting on the back porch. The condo was very clean and had more than enough amenities for our stay. The beach chairs, the beach towels, the cooler, the pool toys, the barbecue pit and extra charcoal provided and especially the fishing rods, made our vacation so special. We also enjoyed watching multiple movies on all the various streaming channels provided on the TVs that were in each room. We have stayed on Anna Maria Island many times, but this Vrbo was absolutely our favorite. The only thing we would’ve changed was to have a softer king bed in the master bedroom. Definitely will stay here next time.

Fantastic location

The location was perfect. Right on the beach, close to trolley stop and Bridge Street. Had all types of amenities as far as games, cards, chairs, cooler, tv’s…..but no coffee or tea for a morning start to the day. My only complaint and I saw this on the reviews before we went, is that the tile floor was dirty. We would get out of the shower and our feet would get dirty. They need a good scrubbing. Especially the kitchen and family room. The doormats were old and need replacing. Other than that, it was just a lovely location. The place is dated but that is reflected in the price. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The condo was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. They have thought of everything you may need while staying on the beach. A little dated, but clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Management was incredibly responsive and kind. We will rent again.

This property gave us exactly what we were looking for in a girls winter getaway. We loved the direct access to the beach. It was perfect for our group of four and we loved the proximity to all the amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The location couldn't have been better. You could walk out the patio doors and be right on the beach or take a short walk to Bridge Street for a shopping adventure and a great meal. Perfection!

Annual Girls Weekend

We had to change location from Sanibel due to Ian. Had been to AMI for many years & loved it. It did not disappoint. Property is in a great location, clean, steps from white sand beach, well equipped in every way from beach chairs to kitchen! Bridge St was lively, decorated for the Holidays & has good shops, food, fun.

Property is on the beach. Open back sliders and your there. Sunsets were spectacular and my favorite part of the trip, along with early morning beach walks before the beach gets busy. Several fishing piers along this beach. Several stores and restaurants within walking distance. Condo had everything we needed and more than expected. Indoor and outdoor games, beach equipment including chairs and umbrella, hose on porch to clean off before going inside. Quiet. AC worked great. Kitchen had everything expected. Washer and dryer worked fine. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely come back to this location. Thanks for a memorable, problem free trip!

Suggestions for an already great place

Great location! Nice accommodations. Would definitely stay there again and recommend. A couple suggestions: Get a different coffee pot and throw that one out! Provide more towels. Provide directions on what is recycled. Could not get ice maker to work.

Beachfront stay

Excellent beach bum experience with family! Beach right out our front door! We enjoyed this property for the 2 day stay and would like to stay longer in the future. All restaurants and shops right out the back door to walk to. We never got in the car! Definitely an excellent choice! Our daughter and grandchildren loved it!
