"This is a nice little hotel - off of the main streets so it’s quiet. Staff was the friendliest hotel staff I have EVER encountered. super comfortable also. There IS a train, if you don’t like (relatively quiet) trains then don’t get a room on that side. (I love trains)"

"I love the convenience to Freeport shopping, the interstate and the quietness. The rooms are great, but I feel like. The carpets could’ve been a little cleaner and the vent in our bathroom did not work as well as it could have overall it was a great day. Would stay there again."

"165 is such a gem and was perfect for my family passing through as we explore the coast of Maine. The 5 of us stayed very comfortably in the family suite in one of the cottages. We loved the quaint bar, Adirondack rockers on the porch, library room and the breakfast the following morning was outstanding!! Everyone was very happy and comfortable! Thx for an excellent stay "
